Most players want look great in any side losing a GF by 90 points.... Getting players to your team is one thing but how will they perform goes bak to structure, system, culture, development

Maybe thats why Tigers are winning flags as players are more team orientated...

How does the MFC compete against the bigger clubs in Victoria now? With another sleeping giant awoken Richmond attracting 100K membership along with the Hawks, Cats, Pies and with the other sleeping giants of Ess, Bues & even the Saints. Will the MFC run out of time to gain its share or just make up the numbers for survival?? With no home base were do we celebrate as fans after seeing tigers Swan st celebrations, the streets of Casey??? We train at Gosche paddock with our admin all over the place & yet no solution?? Why can't we develop Gosch paddock into a proper training venue like the pies did & build training & house all of our football/marketing etc under one roof

Tigers played in 2 gf & won 2 ... played in 3 prelims in a row .. need to take opportunities eg cats sin 2011 have played multiple fines but can’t get through..

How do tigers get a player like Pickett & yet we continue to get very average players!

It’s never one thing .. it’s about bringing in good people , our recruiting is still questionable with paying overs on lever/may, not convinced on Pert either. Balme has done wonders in every club he’s gone to. Are our players selfless? Our leadership on field is poor!

It’s up to the club to push thru this & become successful.. tigers were a basket case for almost 4 decades due to poor choices at the draft players, to coaching & people running the club. They have shown that get the right people & make good decisions & success comes!

People will think it’s negative to post this but as each decade goes by I get a hollow feeling of watching others celebrate their teams flag! Such a hollow feeling from what promised out of 2018 along with so many other false dawns!

Well said, its a democracy & all should have the freedom to express their views either way negative or positive. Lets hope the club can break our flag drought to come together & celebrate!

Every year I buy a membership & hope to experience what my tiger, bulldogs, hawk supporter mates have. I hate talking negative but as MFC supporters we certainly haven't had much to cheer about.

We went from the most feared, respected club to an irrelevant club.. Norm Smith before his departure said the MFC is slipping.... enough said

Not having a crack at the player... having a crack at our development & how so many picks have failed & our club sits were it is! Yet each year I buy a membership in hope the club will break its 55 yr drought

Listening to Cotchin say that it’s not about lifting the cup up for the 2nd time it’s about creating a culture that will continue long after his gone. Thats leadership!

We have 5 decades of accepting defeats & saying it was a great effort! Understand you need to take positives but I just wonder is this ingrained into our club we just continue to accept seasons like 2019 as the norm? Question is would the hawks, cats, swans accept it?

This is so true of the MFC who stopped being a big club many decades ago!
