How the club expect members to support this crap.... Member 18yr. & the club will want me & others to commit .. Why???

Well said....people forget the enormity of the job Roos & PJ were faced with... Would love all the knockers to have spent time in the club in 2013 vs now .. Chalk & cheese

People continue to question Roos... The reality is you can't rebuild an entire footy club which had the worst list & expect to be fixed in 2 seasons! Bomber Thompson took him around 7-8 seasons to win s flag & create a power house club... That's 7-8 seasons of drafting,developing & culture... Get real guys... Roos will not be our next coach to win a flag ...

I'm all for we'll run clubs which is why they win flags.... But if a club that's just won back to back or even 3 flags in a row can get an A+ grade player.... Makes a complete mockery of the equalisation of this so called comp..Might as well call it EPL & let clubs buy players they want & be done with it... Afl continues to undermine & make changes to the rules of what the draft & salary cap were designed to do!

Honestly Gvt lost the plot...... What about respecting a real public holiday eg... Anzac Day all retail shops should be closed all day not 1/2 to pay respect for those who fought & died for Aus Labour day is a day to respect the workers of this country & yet everything is open & now wanting to strip back penalty rates...

What's your solution???? Sack the coach??? Our drafting & development etc was diabolical for around 6yrs that will set you back another 6yrs... Doggies list was far more advanced .. Club needs to stick to the plan & continue to develop & breed culture.. Sorry no short term fix

Agree.... Whilst frustrating we need to remember a complete rebuild of a club & its culture... I dare say there will be more list changes by year end.. Team has a good base of young talent but some mid-senior players are not afl std..

I'm overseas..team continues to fail in mental toughness to turn up & play consistent footy each week..

I believe it when I see it! We have a Buckley's chance of getting him.. His mgr is prob just trying to get him more $$ from either the crowd or the cats... fFree agency will/has players naming their price as the talent pool is tool small for so many clubs.. Top teams trying to stay in the premiership clock... I guess that's equalization the afl are taking about!

Up yours Robbo! Don't mind him as a reporter but to take a full page on Roos was over the top! We are a work in progress & a complete rebuild of a whole club which takes more than 1 1/2 or so seasons to fix.... Ignore the noise as its s journey & our list will only improve!

The project last night on channel 10 went back & played all the interviews & speeches that Goodes done .... I think many of these people who are booing should watch this & get the facts..... Stay strong Adam don't take a step back in your beliefs

Honestly we forget we're we are coming from... We had the worst list by far from any other afl club including terrible culture & a busket case of administration. We forget the weekly 100pt loses & a splintered club & close to a decade of poor drafting & crap development... Look at premiership clubs of Geelong & hawthorn & wr they come from.. Took bomber Thompson 8 seasons to win a flag & were expecting after 18mths of Roos to fix our club... Just as frustrated/angry with the crap over the last 8 yrs but also a realist...

Agree as much as we are frustrated etc I don't think people understand how poor our list & a footy club we had become from 08-13.... Our expectations on 1st & 2nd year players is too much but need to question some of the more experience players....no doubt another clean will occur

The introduction of the draft & salary cap in 1986 was to ensure all clubs could possibly have the same chance to win a flag & stop clubs from going broke etc.... Since 1990 flags Melb - 0 Nth Melb -2 Stkilda - 0 Bulldogs-0 Richmond-0 Carlton-1 Essen-1 Coll -2 Haw-4 Geel-3 can you see equalisation??? Afl committed to expansion rather than foundation clubs.....

10yrs of poor drafting & port development is wr we are @ now! Will require another clean out yr end to rid of the vfl players who simply can't play AFL level Skill level alone is not enough & mental preparation to play AFL is critical...

Can't blame Roos for this... Certainly there will be players not @ our club in 2016... Mental toughness to play @ afl level week in week out is required......

Patience is over with this club ... Always choosing when to bring effort ... There's a few senior players who need to question themselves of wether they deserve the $$$ there on... Supporters can't continue to watch garbage & pay memberships etc when u get this crap... Don't know wether the bad culture is still rooted in Some of the playing group... 18 yr member I'm over it .. Don't expect to win always but this crap effort always raises its ugly head....

This competition if you can call it it one will never be equal.... Can't play its other twice, no home & away, only interstate teams have a hone ground advantage, Geelong inc.... Free agency equals top clubs raiding best talent.... It's a marketing/TV comp.....
