i propose a motion to have colin sylvias name stricken from the record of this weeks votes. too much outside, not enough real possessions. possies in the back line in the last quarter don't count yze magic. i don't rate bowden, why should it be good enough for sylvia?

Honestly, Sylvia in our best 6? Y_M get off it.

I know nobody will give him any credit whatsoever, but I thought CJ did a good job on Shannon Grant down back. Not sure if he played on him the whole match however.

But no, lets reward the show pony who takes a couple of marks in the backline in junk time

Sylvia is no good, but CJ is?

HAHAHHAHAHAHHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Couple of marks in junktime?

Pfft

Had 22 possies and every one hit the target. Colin is the ony Demon along with Cale Morton, who I have any confidence of delivering the ball inside 50 to AFL standard

Sylvia is smart and always kicks he ball to advantage. he knows that to do

Unlike Chris Johnson who plays on from a free kick, runis to goal from 45 metres then passes it straight to a Kangaroo. Great footballer, CJ

I have voted but for the record here aremy votes for this round:

6 - Davey - likes to play against Wells

5 - McLean - tried his guts out and one who generally showed good footskills

4 - White - presented all the time and is one reliable kick at goal

3 - Miller - showed appropriate aggression (hopefully not looked for charging

2 - Rivers - considering amount of delivery

1 - Austin wonnamarryme - for effort and his teamwork with Aaron Davey

Honorable mention to Corey Jones of Nth for trying to keep us in the game

6. Davey - finally showed some spark

5. Wheatley - stick than man on the wing full time. I love running goals from 50m.

4. Wonaeamirri - looks the goods

3. Morton - class, class class

2. running out of options

1. one vote goes to me and my son. For missing the train by one minute then driving in to see the game, getting there one minute into the first quarter and watching a very average display.

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
