Hmmm

While I'm not saying this is his address but the following 2 checks (1 false 1 positive) are on a variation of the name trevor grant for the domain heraldsun.com.au

make of this as you will and of course I don't condone any naughtyness

Trevor,

Your cheap shot at the Melbourne Demons in your crappy article titled 'Judd move makes big ripples' was both incorrect and uncalled for.

If Melbourne are the competitions born loser, then I would love to know what you make of Richmond, St.Kilda, Footscray/Western Bulldogs and of course the power team of this decade, Carlton?

Have a think about that before you shoot your mouth off at the oldest and greatest sporting club in the world.

Also, I have edited the paragraph in question for accuracy.

Let me know what you think.

'You don't need to worry about this at Trevor Grants desk, where this well known born loser had his lowly place on the media totem reaffirmed when he accepetd a job writing for Fox Sports'

That'll learn him good and proper :)

You know what else gave me the shits ? I am 95% sure that Grant is a goat-rooter (Essendon supporter) and he failed to even acknowledge that they got the arse as well. Very selective. It was that rather than his cheap shot at Melbourne that [censored] me off.

Maybe if the Club were to get some sustained success on the field that might change the perception of a Club that has chronically underperformed and underachieved in the past 43 years.

Until then kiddies, get a thick skin and prepare for more ski ing and 4 wheel drive chides next year.

Footscray, St.Kilda, Richmond... and we are the AFL's losers?

Bingo.

Come to think of it, in the last couple of years we've

a ) eliminated St. Kilda from the finals and

b ) took the finals spot away from Footscray.

Sadly we don't really get c) knocked Richmond out of the finals, but the opportunity only comes up once in a decade!

And before anyone mentions it, it would be poor taste to point out that Brown breaking his leg under Matthew Whelan, and the belting we handed them on the scoreboard the same night, scuttled Richmond's 2005 campaign.

I'm looking forward to the next Blues/Demons game and, as we steadily thrash them until they're too ashamed to look their mothers in the eye, holding up a banner

"How do you like the training facilities NOW?"

Carlton weren't born losers, they had to cheat to get there.

This really pi$$es me off. Particularly because besides Essendon, we are the most successful Victorian finals team in the last ten years (for numbers made). Sure, we haven't had a flag and faltered coming up to the finish line in a number of those years - but what the fu*k has Richmond done in the last 20 years? Doggies with all their talent? Saints with all their talent?

That's it, I'm e-mailing this bastard.

I think you would have to add Geelong to that list above us now-Lets be honest here. I don't mind hearing these comments made in October. We are a joke compared to other clubs at the moment, But there is time to act-The only way is up.......

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
