While agreeing with the sentiment, I’ve always wondered how this should be spelt. Is it…

Personally, I like to think it’s the second option, ‘hear here’.

So, hear here @Ghostwriter 👏

Thank you so very much everyone for the training reports. They, along with many other things on this forum, are something I really like reading.

Your efforts are very much appreciated :)

Best white line fever was Fowlers celebration back in the 90s

Could you just imagine a celebration like this now in the AFL. Dillon would lose his marbles unless it was one certain player from a certain team.

So sad saying goodbye to Chocco. Thanked him sincerely for all he’s done for us and wished him well for whatever the future holds. But before I started talking, he thanked me; a really warm and heartfelt thank you. I said I’ll still love him when he’s with another club. He said he doesn’t think anyone will be interested in taking him onboard. I’ve never seen him humble. I’ve also never had anywhere near a serious conversation with him so the whole interaction was difficult. It would’ve been easier had we just hung sch!ttt on each other like usual.

Thanks - he’s a good man , and you’re a good ….Ghost

Cheers, Ghosty. Love your work and the fact you are still there putting smiles on the players and coaches faces with your care and enthusiasm.

Look forward to us winning the off season and getting to a few preseason sessions in the new year.

A massive thank you Ghostwriter. Your comments come from a great place ..your heart. I love & appreciate the personal comments & interactions you have with the players because we get to see them as people not just players. Demonland has become a vitriolic and unwelcoming forum which I visit less and less. The one topic I do read is the Training Reports . So thank you to you ., Wallbanger ..Kev & any others who put in the effort to deliver these reports . Go Dees in 2026 ❤️💙.

  • CASEY: Richmond

The winds finally returned to Casey Fields for the Demons’ third home game of the VFL season, and its impact was immediate. After two opening rounds played in uncharacteristically fine conditions, the Anzac Day clash brought back the familiar gusty conditions that have been a feature of the region at this time of the year.
Forced to kick into the breeze first, the slow-starting Demons faced a tricky opening against an enthusiastic young Tigers outfit. Casey responded by turning the contest into a scramble, pressuring Richmond into errors and missed targets. The tactic proved crucial, keeping the game tight for three and a half quarters before the Demons pulled away with the autumn wind at their backs.

  • REPORT: Richmond

It seemed as if the whole purpose of the Anzac Eve clash at the MCG between the Demons and the Tigers was building toward that single, unforgettable moment when Kozzie Pickett soared above Campbell Gray and all but fittingly etched his name onto the face of the 2026 Frank ‘Checker’ Hughes Medal.
