Unless the Hawks beat the Pies or Lions away theyโ€™ll most likely miss finals

Gonna be sweet

ย

Gee, just watching the last 20ons after the pub.

3 mins to go, 50m penalty to the Hawks for absolutely nothing at all.

2 mins to go, an Adelaide player gets smacked in the face and penalised for htb.

Glad the crows are going well. Go ANB go Burgess.

We have a better list but they have absolutely everything else

ย

What an impressive individual is Jordan Dawson. A top player as well as an excellent leader

Might be one of the best acquisitions the Crows have ever made

On top of that, acquiring Neil Balme has been a masterstroke. On their Board but more importantly, his position as a football director is all important

Crows top of the ladder with 2 home finals beckoning, who'd have thought!

Crows were 15th last year

Now a real chance to be 1st

Sydney Trading Dawson for pick 18 seems like a bad call

I think they tried everything to keep him there, but the go home factor was too strong for him.

Jono Brown reckons the Tigers need to work mostly on their scoring in the second half

If you want to see how low modern tv journalism has sunk, a channel 7 reporter has tried to doorstop Ginnivan and absolutely embarrassed herself, and he calls her out on it. I'm unsure if you will be able to find it, but is almost humiliating for the poor young woman. I can't stand Ginnivan but he was totally justified to hold his ground and call her out.

Last week was rivalry round

This week -

Mercy Round?

Safe Word Round?

Please make it stop Round?!

Doorstop as in show up to his house? Or stop him in a doorway?

What did she ask him?

Tigers doing well.

111 is a good score in the last Q

Oops forgot the full stop!

If he was embarrassed to give the finger, was he a loser, is he not answering her stupid questions because he feels guilty etc...

The doorstop was between the team bus and the airport terminal.

Real low point and appalling that channel 7 let it go to air.

WTF DOES โ€˜BUM BUDDYโ€™ MEAN?

STOP SAYING DEROGATORY STUFF ABOUT GAY PEOPLE. I WONโ€™T [censored] STAND FOR IT, AND I PROMISE IF YOU SAID IT TO MY FACE YOUโ€™D LEARN THE HARD WAY TO NEVER DO IT AGAIN.

Poor attempt at humour

1.11 was their score half way through the last Q

Lions are a red hot chance tonight

Pies are in a mini slump - lost 2 of last 3

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecastโ€”20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze โ€” expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kateโ€™s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwoodโ€™s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.

  • CASEY: Williamstown

The Casey Demons issued a strong statement to the remaining teams in the VFL race with a thumping 76-point victory in their Elimination Final against Williamstown. This was the sixth consecutive win for the Demons, who stormed into the finals from a long way back with scalps including two of the teams still in flag contention. Senior Coach Taylor Whitford would have been delighted with the manner in which his team opened its finals campaign with high impact after securing the lead early in the game when Jai Culley delivered a precise pass to a lead from Noah Yze, who scored his first of seven straight goals for the day. Yze kicked his second on the quarter time siren, by which time the Demons were already in control. The youngster repeated the dose in the second term as the Seagulls were reduced to mere

Narrm time isnโ€™t a standard conceptโ€”itโ€™s the time within the traditional lands of Narrm, the Woiwurrung name for Melbourne. Indigenous Round runs for rounds 3 and 4 and is a powerful platform to recognise the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in sport, community, and Australian culture. This week, suburban footy returns to the infamous Victoria Park as the mighty Narrm take on the Collingwood Magpies at 1:05pm Narrm time, Sunday 31 August. Come along if you can.

  • AFLW REPORT: St. Kilda

The Dees demolished the Saints in a comprehensive 74-pointshellacking. ย We filled our boots with percentage โ€” now a whopping 520.7% โ€” and sit atop the AFLW ladder. Melbourneโ€™s game plan is on fire, and the competition is officially on notice.

  • REPORT: Collingwood

It was yet another disappointing outcome in a disappointing year, with Melbourne missing the finals for the second consecutive season. Indeed, it wasnโ€™t even close, as the Demons' tally of seven wins was less than half the number required to rank among the top eight teams in the competition. When the dust of the game settled and supporters reflected on Melbourne's ย six-point defeat at the hands of close game specialists Collingwood, Max Gawn's words about his teamโ€™s unfulfilled potential rang true โ€ฆ well, almost.ย
