If for some reason Max isn’t deemed ready then Schache will be the one that plays. 

Max, Lever, May & Clarry all look pretty on for mine.  Clarry maybe a tad meh but shld be fine

Two targets in one of these drills are Petty & Fritsch so yeah Petty is forward. 

Schache being used as the leading forward down the guts or leading towards goal for the overlap. 

Using Schache a fair bit as forward target so likely Sub??

At this late point before gameday, all is a little intriguing. Shacka, Gawn, Oliver, Petty, et. al. Specific yet rather new forward drills, as if a revised attack plan could evolve.

I know it's not normal to have a 200cm tall forward as sub but it is interesting that he's being used a fair bit in the drills?

I'm guessing Laurie is the same but?

Half a had shorter than Max.

Yuck! Petty is not a forward. In certain matches where the game needs a change I don’t mind him swinging down there to try something different but starting him there is not the way to go in my opinion. He’s a starting centre half back and that’s that. I’ll die on this hill😂

 

To add to this, I thought in the second half last week Petty really grew into the game and gained some confidence back with his intercept marking and reading of the play. So swinging him forward and disrupting that momentum that he looked to gain again seems very unnecessary.
