I’ve asked this before but how did the Swans give Aliir away for free?! He is a very good player.

Makes zero sense

If I had to choose I think I’d give ed his collywobbles gig back so i didn’t have to hear him comment...it is unbearable

In that case I am forever indebted to Four Pillars Gin. I sent a screenshot of your post to a couple of Port diehards, friends of mine, and even they find it hilarious. We’re all still lol-ing like mofo’s.

I'm glad i can be of service, though i'm not sure why you'd be mates with Port supporters, surely there is a law against that or something?

Just switched it over to the Giants v Tiges. Eddie, just shut up! So annoying.

This Dogs/Port game is full-on ... players are in auto-mode of disposing of the ball the split second they receive the ball

Another finals type pressure game that we need to be able to match & better

Mitch Georgiadis is going to be a very good player.

That is the funniest goal in the history of football!

A super nutmeg!

Watching the Richmond GW$ game on Kayo - cannot stand Eddie's awful barracking so called commentary so am listening to 3AW on digital and they just about synch.

That Martin goal was over the line IMO

Come on GWS beat these flogs!!

Hope Jesse kicks the sealer - but they will need to get the ball to him first.

He’s been a liability since half time sadly, like he should be subbed out bad.

Giants have stopped, Tigs can’t lose this surely

Ok mate don’t beat your own drum…

Dogs openly throw the ball and the umpires never call it. how much does one have to spend to get that kind of treatment from the umpires?

Over the past 15 years, 3 great teams have held sway. Cats, Hawks, Tiges. Watching the Tiges win that tonight shows the intent and desire that great teams have. Can't wait until I can say that about the Dees. We are close, but not there yet.

And stuff me if I don't despise the Tiges.

People’s thoughts on the staggered game times tonight?

Personally I really like it as you can focus on the early game and switch to the later game if things look close and during breaks in the earlier game. Think outside the square AFL/media partners.

They know the umpires collectively don't have the will to enforce the rules of the game they're refereeing. They're daring them to enforce the rule. They'll continue to do it, and benefit from it.

FMD Matty Nicholls might as well be wearing a Bulldogs beanie at this point. he's a disgrace

I can’t stand the [censored], especially their gutter dwelling fans. But you simply have to tip your hat to them tonight. Their midfield is decimated and they found a way.

Doggies have a Spargo too !

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
