Just about had enough of this bloke. Him and the EFC go hand in hand together, all this 'look at me' bs.

Was umming and ahhing most of 2019, then again during 2020 (whilst he was in Aus). Now he arks up again about another possible stint, lol. Save me (unless he wants to put the scum through the ringer again - that i have no problem with ?)

He said he'd play a short stint, June to September, in the event his local club are county teams were out of their respective GAA championship. His county team, Tyrone, are strong and make the semis most years. I'd be very surprised if he returns.

Melbourne were trail blazers in terms of recruiting in Ireland. Sean Wight and Jim Stynes were brilliant servants so why have the club turned away from this source of players? Other clubs continue to have success there so why not us?

Potential to pick him up as a rookie under the AFL's new monthly rookie sign on rules (or whatever they are) potentially?  But I'd hope we were not in pole position to get him based on us having a low enough ladder position at the time to pick him up.

Home sickness is a real thing, I don't want to diminish it. But I think this bloke just wants to pick and choose and do things on his own terms which isn't really a team mentality.

And to be fairer too him he's also talking to Irish reporters about a move in a few years time. He's not planning to fly back over here in June. So the time to assess it is in the future not now.

He’s the player who derailed our season before it started with his positive test. Obviously not intentional but didn’t he go out on house inspections which were disallowed?

Elite speed and agility should always be welcome. Worth asking some questions.

  • REPORT: Carlton

The text messages started flooding in shortly after quarter time. One read: “Is Melbourne even at the ground?” Moments later, as Carlton’s Elijah Hollands kicked the first goal of the second term, the Blues held a commanding 43-point lead. By then, the Demons’ only score was a behind kicked by Brody Mihocek nearly five minutes into the game. Ironically, Mihocek would also register the last minor score of the day after the game took a dramatic turnaround.
