Are Adelaide missing our #8, or is Dooday covering him well?

The deliberate OOB decisions are even more embarrassing.

All the focus was on whether it was touched or not: I wondered if it actually after that brushed on the shin of a Swan closer to goal?  Didn't seem to review that.

Exactly, I thought it was pretty clear the ball hit the Swans player just above the foot and went through for a goal. I assumed that’s what was being reviewed. Weird

I am with you, seemed very odd they didn't look at that.

What was the conversation all about during the review? Something about kicking in danger and indiscriminate kicks causing damage. Was that the ump talking to a player?

Sydney don’t play the SCG as well as the power or the crows

Nonsense. They’re deliberately not trying. Someone high up is rigging the games or has a bet on that trickles down to the coaches and players. We’re being duped.

Agreed. And every player is in on it.

I heard the umpire but wasn’t really paying attention.

For heaven’s sake! Why watch the footy then?

Have a look at the game Adelaide played against Collingwood and then tell me I’m wrong. I’m not. Collingwood are a [censored] team and Adelaide were hopeless and clearly not trying.

Sounded like a female voice and a very strange conversation. Maybe it was a player but for some reason I thought it was coming through his head set...

I think the voice was trying to say it was kicking in danger but the ump was having none of it. Was almost as if the voice wanted to turn over a decision & award a free kick on review which would have been very embarrassing.

The ump to his credit pointed out his decision not to award an in danger free had nothing to do with the review.

I don't think we were supposed to be in on that discussion but would be very interested to know who it was with. Wonder if the AFL can use the hit the wrong button excuse this time.

Stormy - why is that more odd?

Wouldnt trust the AFL one inch ...... rigged fixture, or rather fixed ire, just for starters.

Pretty sure they have mentioned a few times they get to see more angles than what channel 7 shows. Guess you can blame 7 for not showing this one live

Handy game last night. Showed to me that any team, in form on the day and willing to go 100% can win against any opposition.

Its how the Dogs did it two years back and the Tigs last year. I feel the flag this year is again anyone’s to win.

People were silly to write off the crows after last week and people will be sillier again to write off an aging (or slow) swans for this year as well.

Both teams have significantly more firepower than us at the moment.

2024 Player Reviews: #36 Kysaiah Pickett

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc.
