Ok.  But it's ok to criticise their training reports/three word player summary?

I'm mainly asking because of the three word thing.  I rarely read it because I received a warning early days for making not "nice" comments about it, but when I do, I see others share a similar view quite frequently.

I'm not a moderator of this site so I can't tell you what you can and can't say and do. Demonland has rules you can read. But my opinion is that online personal criticism, particularly when it's anonymous, on any forum is always unnecessary, cowardly and disrespectful of both posters and readers.

I'm not big into revenge.

The best revenge is living well. It shows that the barbs and arrows thrown at you by your tormentors in the end meant nothing. You ultimately rose above it.

I think if we make the finals this year and aren't just making up the numbers then I'll be happy.

always enjoy your posts Mr. Tism

TISM? This moniker is a tribute to Natalie Bassingthwaite.

The best revenge will be winning 3 flags in a row, playing the best brand of football, and having the AFL being forced to give us a decent fixture, Friday night games etc because we deserve it, and the public demands it.

Beat Geelong and north and collingwood and hawks.

I will second that especially Geelong. Good to beat the other 13 clubs as well.

God helps those who help themselves Biff.

Send some of your more questionable female 'employees' to an after match function at Hawthorn to spread 'kissing diseases'.

Beating North is number one on my revenge list. Having a 20 game losing streak against a minnow VIC club such as them is an absolute disgrace.

We haven't played finals since beating North in 2006, so it's kind of like our last hurdle/achievement/monkey off bank in our (some what of a) resurgence as a club.

If we can't beat North in round 3, at out home ground, with hopefully a full, fit and healthy squad to choose from, then we don't deserve to play finals and probably won't play finals.

Also, we've beaten Geelong and Hawthorn a whopping one time each in 12 years. A little bit of retribution is required with those 2 sides I would've thought.

After watching us get outbodied Im looking forward to see us make it difficult for other teams.

If we are 50 games away from our peak as a team, the back half of this year including finals will be one hell of a ride!?

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
