But my opinion is that online personal criticism, particularly when it's anonymous, on any forum is always unnecessary, cowardly and disrespectful of both posters and readers.

Having a 20 game losing streak against a minnow VIC club such as them is an absolute disgrace. We haven't played finals since beating North in 2006, so it's kind of like our last hurdle/achievement/monkey off bank in our (some what of a) resurgence as a club. If we can't beat North in round 3, at out home ground, with hopefully a full, fit and healthy squad to choose from, then we don't deserve to play finals and probably won't play finals. Also, we've beaten Geelong and Hawthorn a whopping one time each in 12 years. A little bit of retribution is required with those 2 sides I would've thought.
