Yes, he is a gun, but he doesn't look switched on in a Collingwood jumper. At least, the two games I've watched him play now.

You probably need to give it more time than just two games.  He's got his hands on it 23 times so he is clearly running hard and getting to all the right positions.

Collingwood do have a good list though. They're underperforming at the moment.

I think they've got a surplus of Jack Dyer Good Ordinary Footballers. Of course it could also be that Bucks can't coach.

Yeah, deleted that post. Hadn't realised how much he'd racked them up. I've just seen Richmond players sprint past him a number of times tonight, with him at jogging pace.

Pendels doesn't seem anything like the player he was a couple of years ago, just doesn't seem to impact games anywhere near as much

I think he's injured.

Without Chopsticks 9thmond would be 5 goals down...

12thmond.

Jeez Dustin Martin is seriously a good footballer.

I hope Petracca has that same explosivness about him. Just not the off field crap.

Seeing a lot of missed tackles tonight. Is that blokes being knackered or blokes being soft or both?

I know he is a rat bag, but I like Dustin Martin. A very good player.

Rotation Limits give us back Aussie Rules..

I dunno. I love the new style being played this year.

That's what i am saying

Grundy's not to bad in the ruck contest. But gee he gives them nothing around the ground.

Grundy is hopeless. Really thought he was going to be an A grader ruckman but he just seems so timid.

  • POSTGAME: Rd 17 vs Adelaide

The Demons were wasteful early before putting the foot down early in the 2nd quarter but they chased tail for the remainder of the match. They could not get their first use of the footy after half time and when they did poor skills, execution and decision making let them down.

  • WHAT’S NEXT? by The Oracle

What’s next for a beleagured Melbourne Football Club down in form and confidence, facing  intense criticism and disapproval over some underwhelming recent performances and in the midst of a four game losing streak? Why, it’s Adelaide which boasts the best percentage in the AFL and has won six of its last seven games. The Crows are hot and not only that, the game is at the Adelaide Oval; yet another away fixture and the third in a row at a venue outside of Victoria. One of the problems the Demons have these days is that they rarely have the luxury of true home ground advantage, something they have enjoyed just once since mid April.
