BRING BACK BIFFEN

Administrators, Moderators and fellow plebs.

The currently former member of Demonland (ie Biffen) has humbly requested that his reinstatement to this august board be considered.

“I expect a full petition and campaign for re-instatement” (Biffen 2013)

He is obviously abashed and contrite “How very dare they” (Biffen 2013) and he asks little except for, “a full apology made by the forum” (Biffen 2013)

The above comments are clearly those of a man who has been deeply hurt and shocked by a slanderous attack on his character (“calling me a common drunk”) when it is obvious to all he is an uncommon drunk.

Whatever he is alleged to have said was patently out of character and caused by a natural reaction to spiteful attacks by those jealous of his charm and success with women.

Biffen is obviously a gentleman of genteel ways and an insightful poster of wit, charm and sensitivity. This site is lessened by his absence. Look at how Stuie’s posts have deteriorated. ( By a strange quirk Ology claims to be lessened by his presence)

The balance must be restored. Yin and Yang must again enter a loving embrace.

Arise Demonlanders! Now is your opportunity to stand up for justice and integrity. I have not produced a crude poll but rather provided an opportunity for all to state their support and share their positive experiences for one of our finest.

PS. If you wish to contact Biffen directly, he is currently living off the earnings of a prostitute in a back room at The Gatwick.

PPS. Further research has uncovered that Biffen has erected a shrine made up of copies of Stuie’s posts. It is the focal point in his hovel and he hopes it will inspire his rehabilitation.

I thought something was missing. So what exactly did he write to get himself banned?

He's the grumpy one right?

Yeah, we need him back he self medicates every time we lose and then writes with great poignancy and charm

Biffen is money. Bring him back.

I did enjoy battles with the Biff, however I get greater enjoyment from footy now being the focus here and not slapstick "comedy".

Plus, I'm sure he's enjoying spending time on the Monty Python forum where his "talents" are better understood.

FREE Biffy,,, we need some humour and personality around this place to counter the forces of boredom & fascismic thought sives.

Bring back ray, a glowing light in the creative ethos.

Is there a monetary offering associated with his renewed commitment as a sign of his sincerity?

... maybe be not, Butt I reckon he may be tempted like anutther to offer much to receive his daily needl's.

I reckon he'd give almost anything to be back !NN ?

with my libertine leanings i think an indefinite ban is too harsh

i think a ban until our next premiership would be more merciful

You'll find any number of libertines around The Gatwick.

Integrity is the key word on these forums...I don't bother posting much anymore, due to some of the mods on high horses.

Just read these days....Bring back "Vent Your Spleen"

dont know much about him.

but ANYBODY uglier than me deserves to be here

  • REPORT: Carlton

I am now certain that the decline in fortunes of the Melbourne Football Club from a premiership power with the potential for more success to come in the future, started when the team ran out for their Round 9 match up against Carlton last year. After knocking over the Cats in a fierce contest the week before, the Demons looked uninterested at the start of play and gave the Blues a six goal start. They recovered to almost snatch victory but lost narrowly with a score of 11.10.76 to 12.5.77. Yesterday, they revisited the scene and provided their fans with a similar display of ineptitude early in the proceedings. Their attitude at the start was poor, given that the game was so winnable. Unsurprisingly, the resulting score was almost identical to that of last year and for the fourth time in succession, the club has lost a game against Carlton despite having more scoring opportunities.

  • CASEY: Carlton

The Casey Demons smashed the Carlton Reserves off the park at Casey Fields on Sunday to retain a hold on an end of season wild card place. It was a comprehensive 108 point victory in which the home side was dominant and several of its players stood out but, in spite of the positivity of such a display, we need to place an asterisk over the outcome which saw a net 100 point advantage to the combined scores in the two contests between Demons and Blues over the weekend.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.
