I am now going for Geelong

It's better we lose by 150 than by 75 because we need heads to roll from this performance

Me too. Huge test for this lazy administration. Will they make the right decision.

I remember the cats kicked the first 16 goals against us at the G in 1998 before Lyon kicked our only goal for the 1/2.

Me too, my best mate is Geelong and he reminds me of it from time to time.

and to think we play Gold Coast soon, a team of 18 year olds we struggled to put away last time when they were missing the leagues best player...

Agree with this.

Still nothing from Moloney.

Why would Scully stay?

How well could Sylvia play at a serious football club?

Really?

say what you want about the performance, the coach etc.. but calling the admin lazy is down right stupid, think of what tbey have acheived in the past 4-5 years as a board

Today is the start of rebuild number 75 we can start by appointing a new coach, with a plan, recruiting some players, with a heart and some pride and perhaps some recruiters and people in the football department who know how to pick decent recruits.

From a football perspective they have been pathetic.

Strauss has the heart of a pea. No effort at all

Chapman has gone bezerk at Dunn....i wonder what he said to him....perhaps he told him he was interested in playing for Geelong next year??

Surely Moloney's been subbed off, surely?

Has Martin got an assistant out there today called clanger or sometimes ineffective?

Brad Green is such a pathetic and uninspiring captain. He has always been one of my favoright players, but as captain he is a joke.

schwabb and stynes cant get the kicks and handballs, they have done everything in their power, working to the 'red and blue print' etc, your just in a shitty mood

MFC supporters don't deserve this anymore we done our time how about the players have some

fricken respect.

There is nothing left to say this is the worst ever display of football ever

they have broken my spirit.

HAS ANYBODY FOUND BRENT MOLONEY!!!

Is he playing today no touches in a half!!!!

...and beat by 90 points.

They put the football department in place mate. They dont hire and fire themselves.

Green abuses Nicho......... Nice leadership.

Nicho has made some mistakes but at least he gives it a crack.

Green shows nothing and should be stripped of the captaincy and dropped to the VFL

Watts on Stevie J...........WHAT THE [censored]????????????

Who comes up with that match up?????

did he throw the magnet at the board?????????

Joke.

  • REPORT: St. Kilda

When looking back at the disastrous end to the game, I find it a waste of time to concentrate on the final few moments when utter confusion reigned. Forget the 6-6-6 mess, the failure to mark the most dangerous man on the field, the inability to seal the game when opportunities presented themselves to Clayton Oliver, Harry Petty and Charlie Spargo, the vision of match winning players of recent weeks in Kozzy Pickett and Jake Melksham spending helpless minutes on the interchange bench and the powerlessness of seizing the opportunity to slow the tempo of the game down in those final moments.

  • CASEY: Sandringham

The Casey Demons rebounded from a sluggish start to manufacture a decisive win against Sandringham in the final showdown, culminating a quarter century of intense rivalry between the fluctuating alignments of teams affiliated with AFL clubs Melbourne and St Kilda, as the Saints and the Zebras prepare to forge independent paths in 2026. After conceding three of the first four goals of the match, the Demons went on a goal kicking rampage instigated by the winning ruck combination of Tom Campbell with 26 hitouts, 26 disposals and 13 clearances and his apprentice Will Verrall who contributed 20 hitouts. This gave first use of the ball to the likes of Jack Billings, Bayley Laurie, Riley Bonner and Koltyn Tholstrup who was impressive early. By the first break they had added seven goals and took a strong grip on the game. The Demons were well served up forward early by Mitch Hardie and, as the game progressed, Harry Sharp proved a menace with a five goal performance. Emerging young forwards Matthew Jefferson and Luker Kentfield kicked two each but the former let himself down with some poor kicking for goal.
Young draft talent Will Duursma showed the depth of his talent and looks well out of reach for Melbourne this year. Kalani White was used sparingly and had a brief but uneventful stint in the ruck.

  • PREGAME: West Coast

The Demons return to the scene of the crime on Saturday to face the wooden spooners the Eagles at the Docklands. Who comes in and who goes out? Like moving deck chairs on the Titanic.

It's Game Day and there are only 5 games to go. Can the Demons find some consistency and form as they stagger towards the finish line of another uninspiring season?
