Btw Black Caviar is now a 5yo br mare.

I know that. I was using the term loosely, to describe a female, not to suggest she was 2 or 3.

I just went on a massive walk around my hood and returned home to discover my top was on backwards.

Hope it wasn't a backless one.

I have had an extremely productive weekend. We are putting on a new room to the rear of the house and I have had a fantastic clean out of builder's waste as well as hanging the back doors and shingling the bay windows. My wife's quote today was "you haven't left anything for the builder to do!" My reply.."erm...we are paying him by the hour......" deathly silence after that.

1 week to lock up and 4 weeks to moving in...a fast reno is a good reno leaving me free to concentrate on the Dees next year!!!

I, coached the Demonland/Demonology team to three massive victories today but I have a dilemma. Half of my players were still partying at 6.45 am and about eight of them turned up hung over. What disciplinary measures should I have adopted if any?

3 x 400metres before the first bounce.

Well done on your coaching feat.

As appropriate:

  • if the offenders are currently part of the Leadership Group, immediately dismiss them, but reinstate them shortly afterwards if they regret their mistake; or
  • if they are not currently part of the Leadership Group, rebuke them for bringing Demonland/Demonology into disrepute, and fine them a token amount.

Handle the discussions carefully though, because you run the risk of the said players making representations to the Board, in which case your tenure as coach could be in jeopardy.

Bananas are $5.90 /KG in Southport QLD. this week How are the smoothies Redleg?

Good news. I will be up that way later in the week with WJ so we will have to discuss our draft prospects over a couple of banana smoothies. May even buy a few extra bananas to slice up on toast for breakfast. Might pop into the Gold Coast Suns and have a chat with Josh Caddy and let him know that he is still welcome to join us in 2013.

We expect nothing less than what the Low Rent Pub Crew were able to achieve with Clark. I presume you are staying at the same digs.

Taking the wives with us so the accommodation will be somewhat more salubrious.

At least we'll be in genuine banana country.

The Demons’ aggressive small forward who kicks goals and defends the Demons’ ball in the forward arc. When he’s on song, he’s unstoppable but he did blot his copybook with a three week suspension in the final round.
