With all our injuries, I know we have to fling players around to fill holes and roles. But why is Watts played across half-back? Every time I turn on the radio or the TV I see him showing poise and skill across half-back. so often we get possession, transition it well, only to look up and see 3 opposition jumpers to 1 Dees jumper. Is anyone else frustrated with this?

We also stuff around with the ball way too much in the backline, which usually results in a turnover and score against us. Of the players that can use the ball cleanly, one was injured in the first, the other was meant to be on the ground, but alas, is still yet to be seen (must've been hiding behind a goal post).

I actually wouldn't mind betting that it is because Watts is our most effective disposer, so if he gets his hands on it in the back half, chances are it's gunna hit a target.

I think Bailey has probably given Watts a bit of a licence.

If I were to guess it's because our backline currently contains Rivers, Macdonald (who utterly stunk today btw), Warnock, Bartram and a woefully out of form Davey. Lots of grunt in there but not much polish.

I think he looks far better back than forward. He has played two of his better games where he has freedom and moved around. One of Dean Baileys only good coaching moves.
