It's really pleasing to see Jim Stynes tweeting away on Twitter. Four messages this morning and, as usual, despite the circumstances of his adversity after further  surgery this week, he's thinking of others -

Thanks 2 all staff at Alfred &Epworth hosp, u r all angels.
Fev-real champions real heroes overcome great adversity, this is ur opportunity, face ur ego &give it ur all. U r far more than u think.
Saw 'Fighter' last nite, amazing true story &how resilient we as humans can really b. i luv when true stories r captured on film.
Happy Oz Day, congrats Simon McKeon &other Oz of Yr Winners, well deserved &truly inspiring.

I'm a proud Irishman living in this wonderful country i now call home. Jimmy makes me feel even more proud to be Irish, and a Demon, but i honestly feel that Jimmy is as much Australias as he is ours. he is an inspiration to me, my country, Australians, football fans and anyone who battles against or has been affected by ths terrible disease cancer.

Jimmy, stand tall, stand firm. We are all behind u.

Christian Bale might need to grow a bit, but I reckon he's one of the few that could do Jimma justice in a film.

just cast only diminutive actors for all the other parts!

    A couple of Demonland Trackwatchers braved the rain and headed down to Gosch's paddock to bring you their observations from the second day of Preseason training for the 1st to 4th Year players. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons.
