!991 we should have done better....what a waste, it was a really good side, but hot & cold.

Jakovich at his mercurial best. Beveridge having a good one, Dyson shows his strengths and Lyon feeding his FF.

Great stuff WW........dare i hope against hope you may have the MCG game against the Pies where AJ kicked a massive torp after the half time siren.That would be three minutes of heaven !

Thanks For someone who was OS during the 90's they are great to see. What about the condition of the ground, they'd call it off todaybecause of OH&S.

Was at this game and was a bloody freezing day. Another Jakovich special! I think he kicked 8 goals the week before against St Kilda. Wouldn't have been too many times that we beat Carlton at Princes Park in the 80's and early 90's??

I remember this game too - a few of the Melb boys were wearing long & short sleeve jumpers at the same time it was that cold. But, princess park was a cold old hole .........

    UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

    Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft.     Demonland Trackwatchers ventured down to Gosch's Paddock for the final week of training for the 1st to 4th Years until they are joined by the rest of the senior squad for Preseason Training Camp in Mansfield next week.
