There was footage on the news of Jurrah being interviewed about his mark outside Victoria House,

where I assume he had scans on his hamstring, meaning he is injured

Miller has said he will play for the Scorpions this week:

Miller was given the opportunity to play his 134th - and final - match for the Demons, but has opted to remain with the Scorpions.

The 27-year-old felt it was in the club’s best interests to remain with the side, where he has played most of the season.

Good to hear, and probably better for him to rip it up in the VFL anyway.

As for ins, JoelMac and Sylvia might return from injury if fit, while Bate seems to be the only one demanding a game based on VFL form.

Yep. Showed a bit of it last year too. He just needed to back himself near the goals on the weekend.

I missed the game today but did Warnock line up on Schultz?

Warnock did go forward for a bit in the final term. Maybe DB will try him up there some more this week. Perfect week to try it out. Thats if he stays in the side.

Say what you like about the bloke (and i've said a lot!) he is a fantastic clubman. Not only is he so humbled in the offer for a final game that he continues to think about the best interests of the club, but in the interest of Casey, who he's played for for most of the year, he's opted to help them go as far as they can.

Well done Brad, that is a top notch move in my books. Good luck to you in the future, i genuinely hope you get to another club.

    Demonland Trackwatcher Gator ventured down the freeway to bring you his observations from Friday morning's Match Simulation out at Casey Fields. Rehab: Jake Lever and Charlie Spargo running laps.  Lever was running short distances at a fast click as well as having kick to kick with a trainer. He seems unimpeded.     Whichever way you look at it, the Melbourne Football Club’s 2024 season can only be characterized as the year of its fall from grace. Whispering Jack looks back at the season from hell that was.
