Congrats brad.

Little Matthew Jack Green

Unfortunately, he wont be available for the father-son selection as he has already been selected under the expansion rules, to join the Palembang Orang-utans Football Club. Let's take a moment to wish him all the best in his career with the men in orange.

But seriously, happy birthday kiddo. Not a bad time to start growing up as a Demon. :)

Edit: Matthew Jack Green? Seriously? Another Jack?

Might as well just put him on the list now.

"Jack Green"

A "Melbourne" name if I've ever seen one :P

Please note: I've made that name up to combine my 3 favourite players. (Before anythign spreads, not that it would be a bid deal)

why didn't you just say his name is Jurrah Green?

You only get one shot at immortal comedic gold. I went with Matthew Jack.

Because the best jokes must seem like they could be true.

Oops. Too late. Somebody on ology has already run with your Matthew Jack suggestion.

I actually like that name tho. Might use it myself... one day.

Lets fast track this kid. I want him doing forward drills with Petterd and Watts by the split round. It's all about youth and there is currently none 'youthier' out there. Time to get ruthless, lets bribe him with bannana rice pudding formula and wiggles cds.

2027 draft here we come!!! Go Dees!! Go Brad!!

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
