Almost twelve months out of the game, returns against the best full-back in the land and destroys him.

He showed good speed, provided a much needed target up forward and could have easily kicked five for the day.

Hasn't lost any of his magic.

Still needs to work on his defensive pressure, but isn't it great to have a forward who will mark anything that goes near him and kick them too.

Lets hope Robbo can kick at least 40 for the year and continue to give us someone to go to for the rest of the year.

Probably would have won against Adelaide if Robertson was in the side. In fact, I think those 5 wins are now under threat.

Being without a strong forward target for so long has shown me how much I underestimated Robertson.

I always thought he was a good player, but I assumed if he didn't kick the goals, somebody else would.

I like Miller in the side, but 26 goals just isn't enough.

Was great to see Robbo bouncing around the forwardline again. Really great to see.

He copped a bit of flack for his 'celebration' when we were getting soundly beaten, might have been in the third quarter I think. But I just think it was a natural outburst of typical Robbo energy and the thrill of being back on the G and kicking a goal.

We're a far better team with Robbo out on the ground.

Great to see him out there and providing some sort of target up fwd, especially on the lead! Some of our other fwds might need to look at how hard he lead yest.

must play on next year(his last), along side Watts and Butcher. can mark and can kick , plays tall . must be kept ahead of junior wheels and wheatley

    Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy.     A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan.     Some veteran Demonland Trackwatchers ventured down to Gosch's Paddock to bring you the following observations from another Preseason Training Session.     Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9.
