  1. Past hour
  2. Viney should have gone out there to give a reminder to Maynard what he did to Gus was gutless and weak. Shame on Melbourne not working on a strategy to psychologically defeat Collingwood. Collingwood won the game based on ruthless tactics and antagonising our players Karma will come back to bite them

  6. Fritsch was manned by Moore in the first half. Moved up the ground in the 3rd and got into the game. He can be laconic and defence is not his go but we play him out of the square copping the best defender who doesn't have to worry about Petty doing any damage at all.
  7. CAARYST we really are woke and berefit My coaches in senior mens footy ALWAYS mentioned going to war with opposition! Sad that the inference now is seen as an sledge to War. Well my dad served in the 22nd,42 ( I think thats right) AFI battalion in WWR 2 And always said to me, mate when u go out there , footy, cricket anything, well u know the rest!
  8. Out AI, Out [censored] avatars In: A realistic appraisal of the current situation
  9. Thanks guys i do the guys and yard stare often but usually just zoning out
  10. We certainly shot ourselves on the foot with Petty. If all Adelaide rumours were true, imagine the value of draft picks we could have now? 😮‍💨
  11. Out = supporter vitriol. In = calm heads I’ll see myself out the 🚪 😬😬
  12. In Clarry's defence he probably can't even remember what happened 12 months ago, May's laughing is the more concerning part...
  13. People should be cautioned for using that analogy, just as the AFL should be cautioned for appropriating Anzac Day
  14. I don't know about Oliver but May plays the game hard and perhaps realises it's a sporting contest that finishes with the siren
  15. Is he out of contract this year? MFC should throw big money at him
  16. Usually refers to a troops coming out of a difficult battle and can’t associate with what they have witnessed. Sorry Stig you posted before me.
  17. Was a tough week for bruzzy apparently. How this bloke is the victim makes me sick https://www.foxsports.com.au/afl/afl-2024-craig-mcrae-postmatch-press-conference-brayden-maynard-issues-in-personal-life-nathan-kreuger-collingwood-magpies-defeat-melbourne-demons-big-freeze-at-the-g-10-on-kings-birthday-comments-latest-news/news-story/341c52c87324cf9429a42ed0f70e4b9a
  18. Hopefully the " coach" will leave him back where he's at his best in his sunset season(s). Tom is one injury away from the end, and it must be demoralising to be finishing up in a rubbish team like the one he spent so much time in early on. He's been admirable so far this season
  19. Nah that was Round 8 against Geelong. Hasn't been sighted since!
  20. If they can't / won't spend a few bucks on a goal line camera technology then there is no way they will invest in imaging.
  21. They've all got their keyboard warrior medical degree.
  22. You can't believe what you've witnessed
  23. So did he have a full laparotomy (abdominal exploration through a big incision) or a laparoscopy (keyhole surgery). If the former then I doubt he will be playing again in 2024, and quite likely not even if a laparoscopic repair. Devastating
  24. what do you mean by thousand yard stare?
  25. The AFL should be getting some heat. In the NFL, every stadium has medical imaging, and some teams bring their own. X-Ray and ultrasound mainly. With ultrasound, a doctor can pick up internal bleeding with 90% accuracy and punctured lungs with 97-100% accuracy. And a portable x-ray would find broken ribs in 2 minutes. If any good should come of Tracc’s incident it should be that the AFL makes it into the 21st century. They have enough money to make sure of players welfare.
