  1. Riley was just what we needed the last quarter. Needed to smash bodies and he did. Hard at it, tackled like a man possessed and all but one disposal was a sharp handball (and spot on). Important role and great sub strategy!
  2. You could put Howe in at the centre bounces to give him something to do.
  3. 6.Jones 5.Vince 4.Van Demon 3.Hogan 2.Salem 1. Brayshaw HM - Garland, Michie
  4. Just trying to help you out with a time frame. I'm not in the habit of making up shyte about what happens at training, so how about you back TH off with your insinuation.
  5. It was around 11.15-11.30 and it was Chris Dawes or an identical imposter wearing no. 6. I wasn't taking photos or chatting with players/staff or checking out guns, just watching training for the time I was there.
  6. Who knows DD? It may all just have been a show for the Richmond contingent, but it did make me to see Viv with the Casey group.
  7. To reiterate: Dawes spent time (not all) with the rucks, he then re-joined the forward group. if you didn't see it TDI, you weren't looking. Hunt spent time with the backs and I assumed it was to help out rather than as a foil or surprise inclusion.
  8. Greetings All, I called in to training briefly and noted (in term of this weeks game), Sunday's Casey players all trained together except for the following: [Pedersen] and Bail, who both trained with the forward group. Michie trained with the Casey bunch so I would expect the Frost replacement to be one of those two or an outside chance Gawn. Interestingly, Dawes joined the rucks training for a while but not Pedo and Van Demon was with the mids. That's about all I can tell you. Hogan was practising his goal kicking without the stutter. Everyone looked pretty sharp and switched on. White has a very nice kick (first time I've seen it I think). I'm sure others will add their bits and pieces.
  9. Neal-Bullen? That's a bit rough And White? Both after zero games?
  10. Did [Pedersen} get pulled for the second half or not? I assume if he did, it's for Friday night's game. Sounds like Viv didn't do his chances any harm.
  11. This amused me no end: Poster X expresses disappointment that Tex didn't dump Bernie on his arse for touching up Dangerfield. Poster Y response "Bernie was hiding from him"
  12. 6. Vince 5. McDonald 4. Prince 3. Jones 2. Hogan 1. Garland Stiff Jetta
  13. Thanks for the feedback jumbo - now let me find a pen to note that down. The gag was almost as lame as Jack today. I too, am usually happy to cut Jack some slack, because of his incredible skill or his running to create, but not today.
  14. I think you should give Watts a break. It's very difficult to take a clean mark when your hands get continually tangled up in your frock.
  15. Interesting! I thought Casey were looking the goods with some strong recruiting, and I hope that's the case, but some of the other club's recruiting is pretty impressive.
  16. No he wasn't at all. He said very early in the piece to be putting together a game plan to counter Hawthorn's and he was right. He just didn't have the cattle, the facilities, the budget, the staff... I could go on. He also had one epic f-up of a roadblock in Schwab.
  17. Great Report thanks George! Just a small typo - it's Angus Brayshaw, not James. James is the tool! Glad we cleared that up.
  18. Hmm who to leave out? 6 - T McDonald 5 - Jones 4 - Viney 3 - Watts 2 - Garland 1 - Garlett Stiff - Dunn, Van Demon, Newton, Howe, Cross and Jetta was pretty good at shutting down Bennell
