Thanks Roy, I saw that the AFL were showing it but didn't realise Kayo was no longer. It's great to be free for everyone but I liked the comfort and ease of watching on the TV. Have to have Kayo anyway in Brisbane or you miss too many games.

Hoping anyone out there knows, just got back from some time away and went to catch up on the footy I missed. When I went to watch the Casey games they are gone. Has Kayo lost the VFL? There is a local footy link, but it is Sydney games and I am in Brisbane.

Yeah, they always seemed to play through the non crowd side of the ground. Oh wait, that was both!! (Dees supporters seemed to easily outnumber Suns supporters).

Couldn't agree more, was saying the same thing to the Son tonight. Even last game there were a few almost opportunities for him. He seems to be instructed to guard the corridor often and plays to the team rules. It will fall his way soon and he will tear a game apart.

Thought Smith played pretty well at the ground. Disappointed in TMac, especially first half. Tried harder in in the second, but early seemed to be led to the ball and intensity seemed low. And I am a TMac fan.

Mate, we are too and taking every bit of warm stuff we own. Having said that the forecast is only a min of 28 degrees or so. We were worried about rain and then saw expect fall was a few mm. We are set up to layer for any outcome! Have a good flight.

I'm staying at Royal Pines because I like the short walk around to the ground and back. Will be having some drinks at the Tees clubhouse before heading around. The Kebabs at Metricon are a pretty good dinner!!

Keep some hope, it said closed temporarily but so do a lot of places unfortunately. It's sad losing good places you enjoy. Like we just lost our favourite places on Eagle St Peir in Brisbane.

Hardtack, online it looks like that placed is closed unfortunately. We plan on looking for the Yum Cha place we found in 2018. Hopefully that has survived the covid shutdowns. Two 'happy' gentlemen overheard us looking for Yum Cha and pointed out what they said was the best Yum Cha in Melbourne. I can't verify that claim but it was really really good. A search through old bank statements says it was the Dragon Boat, and it appears to still be open 😊

Forgive ignorance, but I assume the Duke is the Duke of Wellington, and Y and J is Young and Jackson's. They look exactly what we are after enroute to the ground. Thanks.

Unfortunately no glofer, but I like the Resort and the clubhouse and only a short walk to Metricon and back. Heard great things about St Andrews.

I have to get the tickets for Metricon tomorrow. Booked Royal Pines a month or so ago. Good start to the year before relying on Kayo again!!

Similar plans for us BD, arrive just after 1030 and stow the bags in the hotel. I then have to take Mrs Right Foot Snap for Yum Cha then we can hit some traditional pubs on the way to the ground. We also have to detour to the Rebel in the city as my big order from the demon shop a month ago isn't going to make it in time. Dworship suggested the Arbory which looks really good, but we are going to save that for lunch on thur or Friday. Any pub suggestions with like minded people would be be welcomed. Second time going to the G and very excited.
