Nope, I pretty much agree with you.
-
Good luck, there has been some "world ending" in threads for matches we won!!!
-
Didn't he wait 12 months till his contract was up?
-
I don't mean to be flippant, but I shudder to think how many behinds we would kick with "4 quarter effort". What is the record? Opposition fullback would end up with a lisfranc fracture!! P.s. would love better goal kicking.

Always found if you make it an abstract number like say, 4.32%, people think you put more scientific rigour into working it out!!
-
What, aren't you the guy who started this thread about panicking?

Wow, so many vowels. Aye! -
No science to it at all, just a gut feel. B Brown named as emergency, rumours from some that Brown was going to play this week, and Max might need a rest. Would be great if GWS brought the lumbering Mumford thug in to combat Max and he missed last minute on wet day and we got a mobility over match with Jackson and Tmac in the ruck and around the ground.

I have been thinking the same thing.

Uh oh then!!!

Fair about the 2016 draft, though maybe a bit stiff on Hannan. But the 2016 trade period was pretty fruitful for us with the experience of Lewis helping get us to where we are, and an AA back man in Hibberd who is still going strongly. -

I love a good consistent hard working no fuss player. Absolutely no pretention - a quality country kid. Fast becoming my favourite. -
So not the Adele version then?

I have a slightly different view on Ben Brown and what his inclusion will provide. Now that he is getting some fitness back and his work rate up and back the ground he will demand attention from good defenders and they will not be able to zone off so safely. That in itself provides a variation of pressure. Attention on him will free up others with a lesser defender and can help disrupt the opposition defensive zone which will allow the smaller defensive forwards to create more havoc as there is less support for their defence. If the opposition try to push more numbers back to rebalance this we get an outnumber around the middle. I think the structure will be better. Everyone will still have to apply manic effort and application for it to work as always, but I think it will work quite well, especially once it's settled after a few games. At the moment I don't feel the opposition defence is too unsettled, Tmac roams, they hold Fritta and we have to scrap for the rest of the goals. It may be working enough but it is not optimal. Ben Brown can change the dynamic and help others get into the game. He is also an accurate kick, which would be very welcome.

Ah, thanks.

I normally love your work Ethan, but really struggling for context with this one?

It certainly is easy to forget how young he is.

For me it is usually a beer, and if it's not its a good substitute for what I was meant to be getting ?. I try to avoid the kitchen before lunch.... -
Fair enough. Not sure if its right but good reasoning.

Glad I'm not paid on that 2 week cycle!!!!

Little Giant Shiraz, from the Barrossa. Has a Wombat on the label. To plagiarise Molly, do yourself a favour. They also do a nice Pinot Gris if you can find it.

Hooded Oranda?? They are known to be quite smart, and delightful.....

Was going to ask how long Tooheys was on board, thanks. Hertz have been around for a long time. I had a training jumper in the mid 80s with Hertz across the front.

We certainly tried to top up with talls in the 2015 draft. So far to no avail. Max King and Hullett were unfortunately busts.
