1 game, correct, looking at that one game, imagine what a season and under 18s carnival could of looked like.. Is Dom Isd Good said it right for mine... If its someone else.. Then I'm with them with that decision also.. I just like what I've seen with Cockatoo..

I know they are only highlights from one game and I have no runs on the board in recruiting, but he looks good, the way he fends off reminds me of Dusty Martin. He has serious pace and can jump.. Won the kicking contest at draft combine.. I would not be upset if we ended up with this bloke on our list at pick 3. Get maybe a dozen games into him on the forward flank in the ones, develop his midfield game at VFL the rest.. I can actually see a lot of 'potential'.. Good size frame to grow into an big bodied mid, with x factor.. Love that Qwerty30 mentioned he is in contention.. Whether he is talking rubbish or not, I still like it..

Let's just pick him up and refer to him as the King and be done with it..

Got tickets also. I probably wouldn't of gone if I didn't have free tickets. Been the last 3 weeks so was due to have a week off.. I have even sent this link on to friends who support the filth and Carlscum.. They are also going to come along, so I guess if you get a few people coming who wouldn't of normally bothered its a good result..

I like reading the Tex Walker whispers, very enjoyable.. My wish list is for 1 or 2 of Dom's mates to come home and want to come to us.. Shiel and/or Treloar please.. Haven't seen any of O'Rourke or Longergan. Something about Patton rubs me the wrong way, not sure what it is, but if he kicks goals he can play for us I don't give a rats..

Why stop at just Tex, we'll have Dangers, Sloane and Scotty T back as Steak knives.. Give the crows Nev Jetta, Nicholson, Fitzy and a third round pick.. Sounds fair..

Whilst we have signalled our want for an inside ball winner. I still hold out hope we will get Olly Wines next year. Therefore I would be happy to have an player like Aish, who may need more time, come into our side if he was available at pick 9. He was classed as the best midfielder available for some time.. Grew up playing in the GVFL, played 9 seasons of under's, then ran around in the magoo's for a few seasons with my mates until I decided to hang up the boots and lip my mates from the other side of the fence as I didn't have the time for training anymore with work.. Love footy..

Asked his manager on draft day "what do I do now?" after being drafted, in reference to playing in Victoria. Manager told him in 2 years he can go wherever he wants.. Not signing a contract extension for a reported 400k definitely makes you wonder what he's thinking??.. I hope he comes to the Demons, but I think he is to loyal and will stay with port. Very respectable young man...

Wrong approach.. You should be looking at our bottom tier best 22 players stepping it up.. It's these players that are going to bring us into top 8 contention.. Eg.. Evans - Avg 20 Disposals and 1 goal a game. Tapscott - Shuts down opposition forward each week. Kent - Kicks 35 goals as forward pocket.. Michie - Avg 28 Disposals and 1 goal a game Jamar - back to AA form Howe - 40-50 goals McDonald - AA CHB Trengove - Avg 30 disposals If things like the above happen, the 8 players you mentioned should lift their game regardless.. You're only as good as your bottom players.. need the whole team to step up..
