If ASADA penalize Essendon, would that not be a seperate external party making fines? The AFL would have to make fines and charges aswell. ASADA aren't going to fine Essondon for "acting in a manner which was prejudicial to the interests of the AFL" which is basically what we have been fined for? And Essendon have certainly done that if we have. Essendon, if found guilty, should face much more severe penalties than us.. from both ASADA and AFL.

Some might not like this comparison.. But I was always a Tom Hawkins fan..And I know alot of others were off him, even most of my Geelong mates.. He didn't start having a big impact on games until the 2011 final series.. When he was a 23 years old.. Then in 2012 (turning 24) I believe he was one of the better forwards in the game.. This was reflected by him winning the Geelong B&F.. Needless to say, some players need time.. And then they click.. I hope Watts finds that switch one day.. I know I'm willing to wait..

I hope he plays on the wing for the rest of his career, like Richo did the year he nearly won the brownlow..

I feel the 22 is very hard to pick, with all the new players at the club, both experienced and kids.. We have alot more depth and blokes capable of playing senior football. I think it will be alot more competitive for a game this season, lifting the level across the team.. A lot of my friends think our club has gone backwards, I have no leg to stand on until we start winning games..
