  1. If Pies delist him, we SHOULD look to as a delisted free agent.
  2. I am confused ... Mitch better not fool us all. I told my 2 boys that he was ill. Not a traitor. Perhaps its the Perth lifestyle. Pick 50 from Freo ???
  3. Likely pick in the 50-60 range this year. Has developed with the opportunity in SANFL, and good goalkicker. Was clearly AFL ready when he played in VFL v SANFL game in May this year.
  4. juice ?? ... NO No NO No NEVER Soft, goes to ground too easily, doesn't chase. No way ever he is back at mfc.
  5. Frawley compo pick 3 for GWS #20 (gets us a Connor Blakeley type midfielder) plus Frost and Jaksch. GWS would then use picks #3 & #4 on Wright and Laverde. Win win.
  6. Who? Why? How? it would have to be someone so disengaged with their current team, willing to chase coin and willing to step back to losses before going forward. And that is ...???????
  7. it was a poor choice of decision making... Terlich & Georgiou needed to be kicked.
  8. This is ridiculous. Jonesy should be in the AA squad.
  9. Nicholson's decision making was woeful. No surprises here.
  10. Successful year... Nev Jetta Lynden Dunn Dom Tyson Bernie Vince Nathan Jones again & again Daniel Cross honourable mention to Roosy, Cam Pedersen, Tom McD and yes Dean Kent Disappointments Mitch Clark personal circumstances Jesse Hogan injury concerns Jack Watts The gameplan of defensive footy and lack of run to create James Frawley likely departure Sam Blease, James Strauss & Luke Tapscott. All likely delistees but gave talent and will succeed in other AFL environments
  11. Tom Mitchell... SWANS BOG v Tigers so he is staying at Swannies
  12. Worth a rookie spot. Gutsy midfielder. Good disposal. Injury ruined 2014.
  13. He has struggled. Not sure the contract extension was warranted. Average skills. Not quick. Not inside type. Works off his man so too loose for backman role.
  14. Huge heart. Sure some clangers but he brings inside ball winning. Tell him to give it to Bernie...
  15. Agree ... has accelerated up from rookie option to late pick around 60s to possibly in the top 50.
  16. We have Hope, Anger and Courage. Its in our blood. We keep the Club alive. Keep the faith. We are resilient. We might not all agree BUT we are united in our devotion to the Red and Blue.
  17. He would walk into our team . Best key defender in SANFL. Yes behind a few at Port and now Jonas shown preference to him, I believe he would be gettable. Good kick, competitive and good physical size at 195cms & 93 kgs
  18. It was a reasonable appraisal for a side that has won 4 games, 66%, lost last 10 games (likely) and been humbled by fellow strugglers. GWS will get better as will the Dogs. hard to see us getting above 16th next year. Get the footies out in November and go for skills skills and skills all summer
  19. Petracca will be a star. Pick 1 or 2. Hope Saints go for McCartin. Then we get Petracca and Brayshaw. GWS get Laverde and Lions get Peter Wight. All happy !!!
  20. so do we through a late draft pick to Sydney in the 60's to get Malceski and try to not reduce our Frawley compo
  21. Great write up on WA talent. Jarrod Pickett is also a handy player, with speed speed and speed. Likely pick 8-12 so West Coast is most likely.
  22. Given Roos call for midfield talent, I assume that we might hold pick 2 and 3. Not sure which onball midfield star we could attract so ran with trade with Sam Reid as our big win. I do like the addition of Petracca and Brayshaw to the mids. Makes us look more potent. I have updated the main post given Bail and Terlich resigned (not surprising but imagine both are seen as foot soldiers, albeit reached their peak as just average types).
