The Significance of 9 Wins in a Row
was intending to go on Saturday but the weather and drive put me off. Bulldogs is a real possibility. Would love a game at Preston/Windy Hill/Coburg or Port. Seems that the VFL draw pits the AFL related teams against each other.

CHANGES: Rd 10 vs Adelaide
Won't happen but you have to wonder if Mitch Brown would provide better forward balance than both Weid and Ben Brown. The other issue is that the small forwards did not work well with the big men. Beautiful weather predicted for Adelaide on Saturday. No change.... May the big men fly

CHANGES: Rd 10 vs Adelaide
Suspect they will use the enforced break to freshen up LJ and not take him to Adelaide
-
TICKETING: Rd 10 vs Adelaide
don't think there will be too many Adelaide supporters attending but a lot of the seating is presold. Not sure if Adelaide members can transfer their seat for the day but if so there would be no problem. There will also be an allocation for the competing club which I doubt in this environment will be too full. Good luck if you go along... it's a magical ground

2021 Off season targets
Whitfield is contracted until 2027 but one salivates at a swap of Brayshaw for Whitfield way too many dollars though Baker does not look as though he will make it so the other wing is up for grabs.

NON MFC: Rd 09 2021
Does anyone know the crowd figure for Richmond v GWS. Docklands looked half empty on TV. I see that level 4 is mostly closed again for our game.

Thursday Night Footy to Return in Round 13
watching Eddie last night he was saying that the only thing holding Thursday night football back was the FTA channels commitment to existing programming. Suspect the same applies to Monday night football. Others on the panel said players didn't mind a 5 day break as long as it was limited to once or twice a season

CASEY: Rd 05 vs Geelong
Yep I bet those wetlands on the outer side attract the Tiger snakes in summer. Once saw a large group of racing land yachts near the carpark. Life's not dull at Casey

NON MFC: Rd 09 2021
Harsh but true unfortunately Most of those 5 behinds weren't hard at that level

Thursday Night Footy to Return in Round 13
very few have been in the prime time slot though Macca Saturday night is a shared time slot with an interstate game thus preventing national coverage and Sunday 3:20 is just ok Thursday and Friday nights are where the big boys play
-
CHANGES: Rd 09 vs Carlton
must say I thought the same but it was an 8 day break the pins are falling ... we really need to win the next two games (they're the easy ones)
