GAMEDAY: Rd 20 v Gold Coast Part 2
a couple if not four more before half time would be pleasant goals...not behinds !!
-
GAMEDAY: Rd 20 v Gold Coast Part 2
only because our inept kicking at goal has made it so unfortunately. This and the next two weeks should be regulation wins. Of course they won't be.
-
GAMEDAY: Rd 20 v Gold Coast Part 1

Rd 22 vs Adelaide in Melbourne
Yep NT government not prepared to pay for GCS v MFC on 3 days notice and this is the possible compromise. Not happy is an understatement if it comes to fruition.

Sam Weideman re-signs until 2023
Late second round at best I'm afraid (pick 31 plus) Hopefully we can sign Jackson before Weid leaves. Would be a typical MFC thing to lose Weid, Jackson and T Mac (no form) all by the end of 2022

COVID & AFL 2021
NT will be driven by money If NT govt is prepared to pay Suns it's on. I suspect NT is trying to delay game until next week so they can get some economic benefit from the activity. Get ready to be shafted ... it's the Melbourne way

Frankston with its pine trees and glimpse of the Bay is not bad either

COVID & AFL 2021
Williamstown on a light wind day is brilliant. Amazing how the ships almost can seem as if they're right beside the ground

COVID & AFL 2021
makes a lot of sense to base all finals teams in WA It is the State along with Tasmania that has the least chance of an outbreak. From there they can fly to other States as allowed. You could fly teams into SA from WA if that was permitted for some of the games. Same for Victoria and possibly Queensland if the crowd limits work.

COVID & AFL 2021
So many countries now have restrictions on those who aren't vaccinated. From August 16 for example no entry into museums or art galleries in Italy for the non vaccinated

First time for being in Australia for the Olympics for a while. I had forgotten how cringeworthingly Aussie centric the FTA commentary can be.

COVID & AFL 2021
ATAGI have just changed their advice (again) All people in NSW over the age of 18 should consider getting AZ https://www.health.gov.au/news/atagi-statement-response-to-nsw-covid-19-outbreak-24th-july-2021 "A second reason for ATAGI to recommend that individuals strongly consider vaccination at this time is emerging data about severity of disease. The Delta variant may be more severe than the original SARS-CoV-2 strain. The proportion of people less than 60 years requiring hospitalisation appears to be higher than was reported in outbreaks with the original SARS-CoV-2 strain. This reinforces the benefit of protection with any available vaccine."
