He was a good but developing player at Freo, Langdon was playing like this by the way, just not the full product we now see. ...we identified him and worked for a few years to get him. We've now got him in his prime and he's been a great get. Our list management and recruiting team have done a great job. We got the good one...

I think the rule change is fine 'Macca', the image of the player back in the day giving the umpire a mouth full had to go. What I don't like is the inconsistency of this particular rule and that Scott did nothing today to fix it, he in fact just made it worse. Been used mainly as a mid at Casey so not sure how you see him pencilled in as a small forward. All at different stages. I would think that JVR is closest to getting a game at the moment. If he keeps presenting the way he is it will be sooner rather than later.
