Gysberts should be added to this thread. 3 years and struggling. I havnt seen any improvements from him since his first season. He wont get de-listed though I think if he has another mediocre year then he ll be on the line.
Cudos to Green though I am not entirely certain that he ll be logging into Demonland to read all your messages. You would be better off emailing the club with ur messages for him.
GC or GWS will not want our rejects. They already need to trim their list. why would they take on rejects from the worst team in the league besides themselves and be willing to give up something in return.
I really dont see how every player needs to be a 'culture' changer. Lets get kids because they will win us games, not because they may change culture. Wasn't Magner meant to be a culture changer? Or isn't Jones a culture changer? Really how many of these 'Culture' changers do we need.
Id rather we drafted based on gaps and what we need rather then using a measurement of how much of a culture changer they will be.
If we can take Whitfield insetad of Viney then we should as his more likely to win us games. And Winning is more important then culture.
I was looking at our list and you could count on one hand the amount of players we have left available playing at Casey.
What would happen if we get a few more injuries and cant field a team of fit players?
6kg of anything would do wonders for Watts, Gysberts, Blease, Cook and Morton.
Slap 6kg on each of them of fat or muscle and we will instantly be more competitive.
Wouldnt matter if we are stripped of our picks anyway, its not like the kids we draft will have any buff about them or be on the park for more then half a season in their first 2 years at the club.
Like most of our other recent draft picks, these kids will also spend a majority of their first 2 years at the club injured.
6kg in a few months? Half the MFC could take a leaf out of his book. Get this kid to coach morton cook and watts in the gym if the operation goes pear shape.
