  1. I dont want them to tinker to much with the line up. Tmac doesn't get moved down back. Omac and Frost are the two defensive talls. Vince follows Danger everywhere and Wagner comes in for Pig. Not ideal but you work with what you've got and play your boys where they are best suited. On the smaller ground I'm not against Tyson coming in for Hannan
  2. 6. Gawn 5. Clarrie 4. Brayshaw 3. Hogan 2. Salem 1. Melksham

Think they have evolved their list a little with their kids having more outside run and the insiders of Hanneberry and Jack are banged up. I believe they are better suited to playing away from the SCG now and would rather be playing them there

No he's been a Saints supporter since he was a kid when his favourite player George Young crossed over to them from Subiaco in 1973
  5. Pace is one thing but building a tank and being able to continually spread, run two ways and make repeated efforts is a much better weapon to have. If JKH has built the tank enough where he can do these things than he needs to grab the opportunity Good luck JKH
  6. Cheers for the training report Dazzle
  7. Those calling for Smith need to take nite of him being moved forward due to them flooding their defensive 50. I don't mind him in the backline next week against the Dogs. Bernie only comes in for a run with role especially given the Dogs speed
  8. Was actually difficult to finalise the 6 leaving out Fritsch Garlett and Harmes who contributed. Pleased with the returns from Garlett, Stretch and Frost. 6. Salem 5. Oliver 4. Trac 3. Brayshaw 2. Gawn 1. Viney
  9. It's a tough one AF but we are very 1 dimensional. He's going to be highly sought after
  10. Wouldn't be easy because he's got all the tools to be a gun. His decision making and skill is very good for a first year player. Would compliment our inside grunt and sometimes you have to give good to get good. The footy department would need to make a bold and tough decision. Do we back ourselves with enough inside strength on our list to consider Brayshaw for Cerra. Really hard call given Gus's improvement after stringing games together but Cerra has him well covered for disposal and decision making

You won't find him in the TAC cup. WA Country boy from Albany which is a strong football breeding ground producing current players Marley Williams, Jeremy amd Mitch Mcgovern and past players Michael Gardiner, Tarkyn Lockyer amd mamy past WAFL Champions
  12. Agreed but would provide some great run and spread along with Gaff. Cerra is one who I'm interested in, hearing he may be gettable this trade period. He's a good kid
  13. Not at the Gabba in Round 2 he wasn't. He was the one with the sure hands and ground skills when most others were struggling
  14. We had an old boys club in the mid noughties. How did that go for us?
  15. Pennant St Dee replied to P-man's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
That was due to Ssndi pulling out late and Nyhuis came in. Darcy or Jones will come in for Sandi and either Kersten or Nyhuis will make way. Apeness is to tall for Keilty

Yep me that's why Im undecided between Garlett and Bugg. I dont mind the idea of Bugg negating Hill and Spargo being our crumber

Viney said it, get back to basics and we certainly need to this week. We can't afford to press to high or have a lack of two way runners and need to go in with a genuine tagger. Not sure on the dimensions of the Darwin ground but if its wide, Ross Lyon as will the Dogs at the G next week, will try and expose us with runners and quick ball use on transition and running forward with numbers. Freo will use Langdon, Neale, Wilson, Hill, Walters and Brad Hill could also be back in and Bennell got a fair amount of it on the weekend but note sure he will come in this week. Night footy with dewy conditions so at least one or two crumbers must come in. A run with player either Vince or Bugg comes in don't care about anything other than curbing Neale and freeing Viney up from the start. Bugg could also be considered to come in as a defensive forward to play on Hill. And obviously we need some run and spread Unfortunately Petty wasn't helped with the lack of defensive pressure from the midfield and I suspect his confidence will be shot also with injuries and form I don't see Freo changing much up forward so Kersten, Apeness and Cox will be the 3 talls with Apeness giving Darcy or Jones a chop out. Either Frost or Tmac goes in when Apeness is in. Hoges or Tmac must play deep and keep contest. Don't mind them when needed through the middle/higher up the ground. When one of these goes up the ground Trac must be in the forward 50 around CHF. Jetta Omac Frost/Keilty Hibberd Smith Salem Stretch Oliver Fritsch Melk Tmac Harmes Spargo Hoges Trac Gawn Viney Brayshaw I/C. ANB, Vince, Jones, Bugg/Garlett In. Frost/Keilty, Vince, Stretch, Spargo & Bugg/Garlett (decision time on these boys and if they decide to drop Hannan one of these comes in) Out. Weid, Tyson, Hannan, Petty, Lewis (Vince is coming in to do a job and dewy conditions wont help Lewis)
  18. 6. Gawn 5. Fritsch 4. Viney 3. Harmes 2. Hibberd 1. Oliver
  19. Cats 08 and Pies 11 repeat is on the cards
  20. You get Ollie Wines and you don't get Clarrie simple. It's like the Hawks take Judd over Hodge they don't bottom out and only get one of Roughie Franklin and Lewis. It's time to forget the past
  21. Seriously are you that naive. It has nothing to do with the past. Ffs they are creating a new culture and for the 100th time like happened with Brisbane, Geelong and the great Hawks sides of this century you will not see genuine consistency in this group until the large bulk of the playing group 15 to 20 players average around the 100+game mark. As pro dee has tried to tell you the current culture was started by Roos and Jackson. Vince, Cross and Lewis brought the good habits and the professional approach to get the best out of yourself and Viney, Lever Brayshaw and Oliver will pass that on.
  22. 6. Jetta 5. Viney 4. Clarrie 3. Gawn 2. Brayshaw 1.Lewis

Mate I live in WA and that is nonsense. There was a period around 14 & 15 when teams stopped runningwith Priddis and started putting work into the outsiders in Shuey and Gaff. So not any Meth Coast fan wantedchim dropped last season. Many complained about him being to outside but he is hardly a one season wonder
