It's more of a player group and leadership group issue than anything else. You can't coach effort that's player driven and within the player themselves Jack Watts, Ryan Houlihan, Damien Cupido, Ashley Sampi and numerous other players are proof of that. Josh Jenkins is like Tmac a second or third tall forward. If they have salary cap issues I wouldn't mind targeting Harry Himmelberg from the Giants, whilst also a second forward is mobile and a lot younger than Jenkins with more upside

I do and will always support the club till I take my last breath. I support Goodwin being Senior Coach going into 2020, but after 2 years of continuous improvement and development this season has shown he needs to change several areas with ihe department and plan. What they may have felt would be dealt with by natural progression and experience hasn't and the training wheels are off, time for Goody to develop and learn from his errors
