  1. Kossie’s match winner against Carlton is another indicator
  2. Probably why he didn’t get a game, although Gaff does the same I actually believe he will play Hunt on a wing
  3. Adam Simpson is big on having people with good disposal, they have some work to do
  4. Have a look over trade rumours from 2018 onwards same people complaining of no information and we”ll always get held over a barrel and pay overs. We haven’t leaked under this footy department in years. Fast forward trade time 23, same people will again be whinging we are doing nothing
  5. Exactly and often when he kicks it, it’s a defenders dream on top of the forwards head
  6. It’s no good when you make poor decisions and kick it to contests the majority of the time. The ball will move quicker than any player ever will, so give me a good decision maker with good disposal over Hunt off half back any day. Pendles and Daicos set up so much transition from the back half for Collingwood this season with their disposal and ability to consistently hit targets changing up the angles and opening up the ground. Bailey Williams and Daniel also do it for the Dogs. A fit Salem and Bowey will be better IMO for our transition and improved ball movement from our back half
  7. It’s his last big contract and despite being quick there’s little else and his poor decision making really gets amplified in big games. The FD will be well aware of his limitations and only offer him what they consider he’s worth
  8. Give it a rest every one knows we were banged up Gunston was either a Hawk or moving to Brisbane, you don’t chase players hard who don’t want to play for you If Daniher stays in their forward line, with his lack of desire and hunger at aerial contests they are still no good Their defence is their weakness and I don’t see where that improves They will be entertaining and score freely but won’t win it
  9. Great to see these two former Dees inducted into the WA Footy Hall of Fame today https://www.wafootball.com.au/news/22920/wafc-congratulates-four-new-wa-football-hall-of-fame-inductees?fbclid=IwAR2QCDLRRu5NOk6zerXQ-TS2jMH4VtPgDCRzQkpNSLiwip_cnPS4QsoPgac
  10. Paul Salmon was a dominant forward with Essendon when he first came on the scene in 84 before he done his knee
  11. We interviewed him twice in 2019 before the draft, so would not be surprised if we remained interested
  12. Did you refer to Lever and Langdon as Mammys boys for returning from interstate?
  13. Certainly a good weekend for the Red and Blue Casey 🏆 Norwood🏆 West Perth had all 3 teams win yesterday and straight into the Colts, Ressies and Senior GF’s Be nice for Clarrie to take home Chas tonight to finish the weekend
  14. Apparently having surgery tomorrow
  15. Not to mention the coaches, the amount of planning and reviewing you put in his huge and believe me you ride every wave of emotion with every contest, kick, umpiring decision and really have sleepless nights in the lead up to and the night after games
  16. Added to ignore list FFS you people who fall for this nonsense every year are either bored or gluttons for punishment
  17. Agree, we stuck with our method for most of the season and no doubt the changes in game plan they tried to implement were to late and show why we need to continually evolve
  18. Jeff White, Ed Langdon thoughts on those moves back home. Referring to Jackson’s decision as poor and soft is I’ll informed. “ I’m a supporter who has a right”is a cop out, it’s like saying I pay my money to get into a game so I can boo whoever I like You have no idea why he’s returning home, he’s given his all to us for 3 seasons and was a massive part of us breaking a 57 year drought. I wish him well and have faith our FD will use whatever compensation we get to improve our list. We applaud Vic players returning home and never refer to them as soft
  19. Inside mid, why obviously our clearances are a deficiency but that’s to be expected with the likes of Oliver, Viney, Trac, Brayshaw and Harmes running through the middle 🤔🤔🤔
  20. Yep it can be a win win for both clubs
  21. Not a good year for me Start 10-0 and finish 16-8 1 debutant Out in straight sets I’m not a doom and gloom type and there are reasons for how it ended, but to me Preliminary final after 10-0 is a pass mark and we failed to achieve that Our season very much mirrored Eagles 2007 season
  22. Salem started really well against Sydney showing what he can do, but his impact diminished once they put Clarke on him as a tagger
  23. Totally agree Old Dee, he’s been really good. As @dazzledavey36 says I’d save whatever we get for Jacko to fill other needs as opposed to giving up a lot to get Grundy
  24. Yep part of it it is also the players having faith in the system and it being second nature
  25. Have a look at Sydney he’s the architect of their ball movement, he had the Crows playing fast high tempo footy off rebound and I saw him at WAFL level do the exact same with the teams he coached
