This is what annoys me about the typical AFL media. The giants looked great, but there is no story in talking about how good they were. Instead it's straight to how bad the opposition were. It constantly annoyed me in 2022 when we had won the previous premiership and looked like a million bucks. I was craving those media articles that I now realise are only reserved for the bigger clubs which talked about how well we were going.

It's been a great preseason on Demonland. So many great training reports and information to keep me engaged. This video makes me realise how much I just want the games to start. Frustrating in our case where Culley or George are clear options. Both are aligned to our reserves already meaning it wouldn't impact lower leagues apart from Casey now finding a replacement for one of them.

Saints big offers makes it hard for us to compete too. We haven't landed a big trade for awhile and with Gus premature retirement, we might have enough to lure a free agent. We wouldn't be able to compete with saints level money and you would think North would still have a large amount of salary cap space too.
