GL has tried to help the MFC more than 95% of past players. May not have always been successful (which is most likely why he is not getting involved at the moment) but if you think he hasn't tried to help, your delusional.

More good news: as bad as we are, we have still won just as many games as Carlton!!

Watts should not be playing this week. However if he is, it must be forward. He is so far from a defender it is not funny. As least up forward he may snag a couple rather than cost us a couple.

Problem is I don't think they are hurting. For far too many (not all) of these players footy is nothing more than a pay cheque. They quite like the idea of being a professional footballer but do not have the burning desire to be the best they can be and part of a premiership side. So much of what is dished up by these players in a MFC jumper would not be tolerated at any other club.

Putting the Jack Watt's comparison to the side for a minute. It really is a joke that NN was all Australian Ruckman last year. Out of 22 games only got 15+ possession 6 times with only once getting to 20. Averaged only 3 marks a game and was ranked 17th for Ave Hitouts!! There is no doubt he goes missing for large portions of games and the media is completely seduced by the highlights.
