This is all about the Players union. how can they possibly support the fact that the MFC have to pay 95% of what Collingwood, Hawthorn, and Geelong pay. Our lot is worth about 50%. Of course this is silly but why should we be paying more than 80%?

I have no idea if Toumpas is any good But gee guys he was playing his first game with the worst list in the competition. Add a dozen guys who have totally lost it mentally and surprise surprise he looked average. Give him a season or two with a reasonable team before we cast him into the Abyss.

What if we lose by 187 on Sunday. IMO it is possible

You do not have to be a rocket scientist to work out we are the joke of the league satriconhome. His statts are almost 100% correct. the only truth that matters is results and we don't have any. In the end the buck stops at the top. After six years it is time! End of story

Hard to disagree with PS. I have been thinking the same thing for a couple of seasons now.

I have never been a fan However I don't think it has anything to do with the coach at present. We are just a poor quality team. JC could not get this lot up for the simple reason we have the worst list in the league. No matter what way you look at it the guys that run out to play are not up to the mark. During 2012 we were poor. We made substantial change to the list at the end of 2012 but you cannot change a poor list overnight. We added a few kids who cannot be expected to carry the team till 2015-6. We added a couple of senior players who could not get regular games with their clubs. We added a number of guys that did not make the grade with there first AFl club We added a number of players that could not get drafted and showed some promise at state level. We lost a good player in Rivers ( seemed to do alright yesterday ) IMO the nett result is not a big change in player stocks. Add an existing list that has a serious lack of talent and has lost the mind set to win. There will need to be another big list change at the end of 2013. That is if we still have the will left to continue. Not sure I do
