  1. Wise move. Make sure you don't drink out of the glass he keeps his false teeth in.
  2. I presume you stooge him when it comes to paying rent, bills etc?
  3. Disagree OD. This is the sort of stuff that further convinces me that being a member is really of little worth to the individual. The club likes to cop the revenue but really we are treated like shite.
  4. We have had a few horses bolt before this stable was built let alone shut!!
  5. Get a new joke writer Stuie!
  6. Matthew Richardson recovered from a similar injury and went to both play a shiteload of games and kick a shiteload of goals.
  7. Worried about sensible content on this thread? Well I'm just returned from the Myanmar frontier. By god it was tough going at the headwaters of the Irrawaddy. No decent red wine to be found, the Mandalay Golf Club was in poor order and the coolies couldn't wave the fans fast enough to keep me cool. The Kyber Pass would have been a better choice. BTW. Did Biffen make it back? He came up here chasing cheap drugs to onsell at the Gatwick. Doubt he made it beyond the "pinga pongas" in Thailand.
  8. Maybe we could get Barry Bourke to sponsor him. Barry Bourke and Bernie Vince Car Sales.
  9. Nah Biff he's NE- as in nonentity. Not clever enough to be taken seriously and not quite silly enough to provide a laugh. Pathetic enough however, not to realise this.
  10. I'm not sure what it is but we demon supporters must have something going for us to stick like we do. There is a lot of infighting and bitching on demonland but at heart we all hope for the same thing. We must be total lunatics.
  11. Actually still here OD. In Bagan Myanmar for a few more days. Fluked reasonable Internet. Currently 28
  12. Get on a plane back to Asia OD! Leave all those concerns behind!
  13. I do miss "the lads" but they have many cousins in Bangkok - the camel toe family. Fox hunts are passe here - there are many endangered species to blast away at.
  14. Just a quick note from the old colony lads. Internet is very quirky but I managed to get the news of another dees loss- somethings never change. I'm up in the highlands at the moment so the temperature is very pleasant. Have organised a boatman and will cruise Inlay lake shortly. The natives all seem to be jolly good fellows and they certainly like we typical Australians. People are constantly stopping to look at me and laugh happily. The alpacas would it.
  15. We look like a footy team and Toumpas looks like a top draft pick.
  16. Good to see a post from you Sloonatic. Glad to see you're still as sensitive and subtle as always.
  17. Where are you Kenny (or whatever your current name is)? Has the cat got your tongue? Where’s the mouth now? You were quick to mock the other night but after a little bit of heat you wimp off. WAP.
  18. One thing I like about this is stability. How long since we've only had two changes? Having said that, there are a couple of blokes playing with serious question marks stamped on their foreheads.
  19. Dear Kenny. No matter how many times you change your name, your ignorance bubbles to the surface. In an earlier thread (I’ll find it if need be) you criticised a poster for poor English – a dangerous precedent. Please, for the edification of all, and to add to our knowledge of the language, explain why you inserted an apostrophe in Roos.
  20. Without doubt your best post. Carry on.
  21. How shittey is my life? I support both the MFC and the ALP.
  22. If nothing else the vast majority of D'landers are fair minded sports followers who,I'm certain, are extremely upset and sympathetic at the possibility of unwittingly abused Essendon players being suspended, losing points, copping fines etc. And all would be totally distraught at the possibility of Jobe having his Brownlow win revoked.. Yeah sure. HA HA HA!
  23. I'm afraid the Spring Carnival wont be the same if it clashes with the Alpaca show. Get with the strength. That phrase conjujres up images that even Biffen would blanch at. I imagine there will be a few organ players already on hand.
  24. Good work. The only problem with multiple vehicles is that Lordweaver won't be able to lead prayers on root (as it were). Maybe we could all have a service at Wattle Park beforehand? Anyway, we can sleep on the finer details.
