    Dees were contemplating taking Kelly in mini draft last yr. I would expect them to grab him this year if available. We need true midfielders, not flankers.

    Was at the footy clinic at Goschs Paddock today, 95% of players in attendance. Grimes said he will play this week if picked, Viney to play next week in VFL but he is back in full training, Mitch Clark still hoping to get back this year, ran today but they are still uncertain of how many actual weeks it will be. Evans about 1 week in front of Jamar with recovery same injury. One other thing he said was that he has big expectations on Jake Spencer, thinks he will become a very good player.

    Does anyone know the ruling on interviewing potential candidates ie: Eade & Williams while they are still working for other clubs?? Do we have to wait until their respective teams are finished for the yr? Thought I heard of this new rule coming in????

    No, wish I did. That is info I was told, same person told me Greg Wells will be President. He wouldn't tell me the person they are speaking to re: coaching position. Time will tell if he is on the money. Source: ex player.

    He has left the club in a much worse state than he found it. Applaud him for trying but life's tough. In the end wash up he was no where near good enough. Enjoy whatever your next journey may be Don. Cheers for having a dip at trying to get the club off the ground. His biggest mistake in my eyes: concentrating on getting off field right and then thinking that all footy department / on field would fall into place. Neither worked.....

    Sheedy, we passed him up 5 yrs ago, mistake in hindsight. Kennett, are we going to overlook him too? Will we live to regret it??? Two of the biggest well known people in the state/ football.

    Watts & MacDonald set to play forward, both trained with forwards today. Yes MacDonald as a forward!

    How many players in that team would get a game in a top 8 Afl side??? One of the worst teams I have ever seen.maybe 8 players, 10 at absolute max!

    Went and had a look, Joel MacDonald & Watts were training with forwards which surprised me. Boys were in really good spirits, ball was moving ok. Kent & McKenzie both looked good to me, M.Jones also.

    He turns it over by foot to much, that why he is playing Vfl No chance Bail will be delisted, is one of our better contested possession players. Rodan, Macdonald, Gillies, Couch Nicholson can go, Pedo signed a 3 yr deal so he's not going anywhere. Tynan & Spencer will be kept and Sellar most likely get a 1 yr deal as well as Davey.
