My first but not alone preference is Malthouse for obvious reasons. However, I do remember when I thought Mark Williams was a fantastic coach at Port and would have loved him at the Dee's. No 1 at the time... Fire still burns. Rocket! He is great to I think... Career coach! My preference is Malthouse or Williams, but would be happy with the Rocket man too! Neeld for an untried coach. I would seriously give up our first round pick for Rory Sloane!!! Kill me... But he will be a star. Tough as nails! Or Our first round pick and Morton for Gaff!!! Bennell could be sweetner... If Scully does go to GWS, one of the compensation picks for Sloane. I am sure Todd Viney has an opinion on Adelaide's list. Bate & a pick for Nahas. A real goer and game breaker! Weapon... I would consider Davey trade too Essendon but is fraught with danger... Could lose Jurrah too! So no. Play him in a different role to get his mojo back. Totally agree on McKenzie & Lynch! My favourite from the Crows is Rory Sloane. I was very keen for us to draft him... He could be a real player for us who is versatile and hard at it. Prefer him over Dangerfield!

My gut feel tells me Alistair Clarkson! Would be great in all aspects of the game and people management... Unfair on Bailey! Because I think he needs to be given a good go at it. But some performances by the team are just that bad.

Agree mostly! Garland I dont think will play so Warnock on Vickery. Dunn in to take Deledio. Same as last year. OUT - Garland, Strauss, Morton IN - Jamar, Dunn, Warnock Trengove, Petterd, Sylvia all need to be running forward to goal when we have the ball. Need these guys to take the game on and attack with running and long kicking. Jamar to sit in the forward 25 all night with jurrah by his feet.

I think Tom Scully may have signed a Heads of Agreement at the worst. He did'nt seem as gung ho as others when singing the song after the win against Essendon. He looked shattered to me and out of place... Like he has made a mistake. I do believe Tom wants too stay at Melbourne! On the other hand, Sylvia and Morton! Sylvia aint going anywhere... I have complete confidence in him staying. He has been open about past players leaving. As for Morton, he is gone! I would be happy to see the back of him... Let's just hope we can get a decent pick for him. Bate will be traded. He will ask for this. Possibly Maric too. I am hoping not!

Gorringe sounds like another James Stynes!!! Smedts, Lynch and Watson are my favs for pick 12 in order. I would'nt be disappointed with Gorringe though.
