Warnock for there first draft pick!

Pass. We need to develop our young guys. Need a young big forward (eg. Jesse White, Taylor Walker) or young ruckman (eg. Jacobs) that wont cost the world!

Personnaly I hope they chase Tarrant and not Warnock. But if Warnock wants to go. It will most likely be Carlton. We should play hard in a 3 way trade as I think Jacobs will end up in SA.

Very logical! I tend to agree with what your saying Furious D... I think our hand may be forced within the next 2 years with current listed players looking for new homes. eg. Warnock and possibly Jones. Even though they wont catch us a big fish. I think potential big fishes could be available. eg. Jacobs.

I would think Warnock would like to be traded to Carlscum to play with his brother. He had limited opportunity at the Dee's. Is he out of contract? Could Carlscum possibly get him free? I hope not. A suitable trade for both clubs would be Warnock for Jacobs. I would be happy with that! Hawthorn I think would be interested also. Warnock and our 3rd round pick for Lisle and Muston???

I want him to stay because he is a passionate Demon with guts! But we do have similiar players in Moloney and McKenzie. Jones, Moloney and McKenzie are very slow defensivly. Not good chasers! And all 3 ar'nt very versatile. Is there room for all 3? No. Not in our best 22 anyway. Opposition midfielders have field days running off these blokes. That is damaging to any team. I dont like saying it this. But if Jones is offered a better contract and opportunity at the Suns or elsewhere. It might be in his best interest to go... Thats reality!

Chris Knights should'nt be in our thoughts. We have a plenty of potential in our young players who need continued development. A big forward (who can possibly play ruck) or gun midfielder should be our priority! Within our age bracket! eg. Mitch Clark, Rishcitelli.

There is alot of unhappiness at the Lions! I think anybody is touchable except for Fev (nobody wants him) and Captain Brown! Expect too see Power and/or Black change clubs! Thats my prediction. Lions in turmoil! Clark only needs a great offer too want out. Lions going nowhere fast!

I did start the Quinten Lynch topic and will stick by my suggestion of recruiting Lynch if he come along cheaply... However, if we are seriousley going to get a 'Big Fish' who is versatile and in our age bracket. Mitch Clark is the man! We woud have to trade a player(s) for him... So who do we trade? Mathew Bate, Mathew Warnock? I would be prepared to part with Pick 12 and a player. Can we do the double with Clark and Rischitelli?

He is a MEGA STAR! Every other club would wish they had him. His game was sensational last night! He has the knack to lose his opponent and find space. Reads the ball really well. He could have kicked more last night if they could spot him. Was in space running toward goals so many times. Look forward too watching LJ rip it up next season!
