Good clubs like Geelong Hawthorn and Collingwood show what is required to develop the talented kids you draft. 2013 is the test for our club to prove they can do the same. The last 4 drafts for us must start to produce.

CS and CC seen at last weeks game sitting near playing group in the stands. CS sat away from the players and not a word exchanged between them all game. CS looked very dispirited and out of place. Body language told a story.

After watching many of the games live this year I really think the following are done at this club. Bate Dunn Morton Bail McDonald Gawn must have bugger all chances left. Moloney Bennell Davey........it's depressing but I coul add more. The point is with this exercise is - have they improved?

And that is after tanking in 2009 and securing draft picks that ain't raised a sweat! I hope Neeld and his merry band pull a large rabbit out of his hat in 2013, otherwise 17 other teams will continue to look at us as the easy beats and cellar dwellers.

Personally I've had a gutful of been at the bottom part of the competition. This club needs an injection of Geelong culture to get away from this stench. As for tanking.....damn lot of good that. Just look at our high performing draft picks.

bloody hell....I suggest every one of us who have had enough bombard the MFC with letters of complaint....time for a revolution!!! we are all taken for a bunch of yearly suckers...the BS this club rolls out is a farce!!

I will be succinct...laughable, incompetent AFL football list and club. Thats our MFC!!!

I think it is a good thread and question worthy of discussion. So many on this list look sluggish, and devoid of skills for this level of the game. How so?? Neelds tactics must now come under closer scrutiny...we are 18 rounds into the season and looking worse all the time. I have been waiting for some breakout games and consistency - It is a huge worry going into next season. The club must be seriously concerned about our ability to win games. Terrible terrible situation.

Mark Neeld has a shocking football list. Worst by a country mile in the league. Colin Garland epitomises the weekly brain fades that is this list. This football team is not worthy of watching at AFL level. 10 years behind quality of top 4 teams. Huh! Did I hear soft hand clapping by the players apologists?

This is my take! We are the poorest performing Victorian club! We have gone backwards dramatically from last season! We have not had a successful coach in 50 years! We have recruited very badly for years! We cannot seem to recruit superstars...!!! We always have long injury lists and dont have depth!! This list is very poor given that previous half decent lists had less coaches, shyte facilties and so on!!! As a club - we are irrelevant in AFL circles. Our list is simply bad. AND THE CLUB DRAINS IT SUPPORTERS OF ANY ENERGY LEFT TO SUPPORT YEAR IN YEAR OUT. IN A NUTSHELL - ABSOLUTE GUTSFULL OF LOSING!!

Woe the MFC supporter...he comes to each game looking for something, just something...weary he walks away at the end of the game asking himself where are you going. Outside the G - he walks wondering where he belongs in the football world. He ponders...wheres the improvement, any signs?? nup..continues walking. He thinks ahead to 2013 hope awaits...yet again. He grows older tired and weary..heading to the grave never witnessing his beloved team win a flag. sad but true folks!!!

I had friends with me from interstate and they wanted to leave at half time. They said this is carp and not worth watching. They are right!! the standard the MFC serves up to its supporters is shocking at this level. It was shocking in round 1 and it still is shocking to watch. The club has recruited badly, it has performed badly in the development of players and this list shows bugger all signs of serious improvement. Stuff this glass half full approach!!! this list is poor - very poor!! and whose fault is that?? As for gameday coaching - Neeld and his structures are killing any semblance of natural instinct for this group. Its simply shyte football to watch. Not sure how much longer the club can survive on this. People just wont turn up to games. Only so much goodwill left in the tank!!

Garland is another who has gone backwards and he is in the leadership group. FFS he has been around long enough to make his stamp on things!! I wish some of these blokes just take the reins and get on with it. Garland still runs around in circles like a scared little boy!!

To sit through that game as a die hard supporter of the MFC breaks your heart. So many years, so many hopes, so many false starts. There are so many players on this list who are not up to the current standard expected. How have so many got it so wrong on so many occasions? How many coaches does the club have to sack? How many recruiters have got it so wrong at this club? I consider myself to be a reasonable thinking human being....but cannot come to terms with how an organisation (theMFC) have and continue to get it wrong for 45 years...is it really that hard? The supporters and members of this club must start getting a decent response to these questions. Either there must be a response by the players ASAP or shut the club down for once and for all time!!
