What number would he like too wear?

I like the idea of playing one home game a year in Darwin. A big financial incentive & a great connection with the communtiy especially indigenous. If the AFL are serious about promoting the game in Darwin, they should fixture this game before the mid-season bye for the Dee's & Power..

I think you will see the Dee's use compo pick's to get an established player/s. Do we have to trade any picks or players if we are after a free agent? ie. Pendlebury If we do I was going to suggest we use them on Pendlebury. We require leaders, consistency and players that are proven footballers in the system for a number of years. I we will be definitely be adding experience to our list rather than youn draftees. Viney + a Pendlebury is fantastic for our list. Good mix.

We might see the Dee's trade one compo pick + a player for Caddy. Possibly even 36 or 39 (Bate?) also. If we dont, well we will have two super compo picks too keep. Allows us too keep upper hand next season. I dont think the Bombers can do the deal. But the Tigers could!

Kelvin Lawrence on our Rookie List. May step up with new coaching & fitness staff. Still raw! But will break the shackles in the net 18 months. Still have Aussie! Will be raring to go after big pre-season. I also think Bennell could play the role well. Just needs to be groomed for that position. Very quick! Can apply that defensive pressure aswell. Needs to improve goal kicking though. The only flaw in his game playing forward I would think. I think one of these three would be quite capable in 2012. I actually think Petterd could play as a more crumbing forward also. But stll play tall! I think Ricky is a real weapon!

Exactly! We are well positioned to use both compo picks next season. Either in the draft or to snare a player like Pendlebury or Gaff. These picks should now be untouchable. As far as GWS. Stuff them!

If we got 2 years from him that would be great. If we get another 1 too make 3 better. Happy with 2 good years though. I think while playing for one club is great! Players will look after themselves when the end is near. Look at Luke Power too GWS. Black would jump at 2 years I would think. I wouldnt be surprised if GWS make a play and tell him to go into the pre-season draft!

I think he would be fine with all the rotations through the midfield.

I will probably get shot down because we dont give our own players over 30 2 year + contracts. But he is a multiple premiership player, brownlow medalist, norm smith player I think & a great leader! Not too mention a gun footballer! He is fit & had a great season. We crave leadership and a consistently gun player week in week out. Would be awesome! I can see him playing 4 more quality years. What do yo think?

I rate Clark better than Tippett. Crows would be crazy not too trade him too the Lions for Picks 8 & 12 as rumoured.
