Dustin was managed by Ricky Nixon until he got suspended. Need I say more. What player rocks up to another clubs mad monday at 10pm 6 days before he is due to play his first final. The guy has no brains and is money hungry. Richmond have done everything to help him settle in. Im not sure we need his bad influence on our young ones and im not sure Tidd would want him around his son. Wow who would have predicted that next week it would be gee v port and syd v carlton. Im so happy the pies are out, geelong lost and richmond are out. It didnt bother me that carlton won. I was sick of the tigers supporters including high profile ones who went on and on about richmond winning and getting to the GF. The funny thing is collingwood supporters are mad because Mick and Carlton got further, Essendon are mad because it was carlton who took there spot and are through to the semis and richmond are mad because they lost to there arch enemy. Cannot wait to listen to the hot breakfast tomorrow. Poor Luke Darcy will have to cheer up 2 very heartbroken men.

Well id never have picked that Port would win by 4 goals. I gave them a chance but how sweet it is to have them out of the finals. It would be nice to see richmond lose as well. Nothing funnier than seeing pies fans leave the ground in droves when port got 4 goals up

Anyone else worried that Sylvia has gone for a 3 week holiday to the states with Beamer where they say he will decide his future. Not sure that environment would be the best place to decide.

Neeld wanted beamer to play a defensive game as well, beamer didnt do it cracked it and left. We saw what happened to beamer when he was heavily tagged in games, he couldnt deal with it and did nothing. No thanks he can stay at brisbane

The best thing is he doesnt sit there and bang on about our club and how we are the oldest club and been around for over 150 years. He is an outsider who came in and saw a huge mess he had to clean up. Kudos to him

Its really strange to see him in a melbourne polo. To quote huddo I see it but I dont believe it. I never thought our club could land a big fish like roos as our coach. But just hearing him on mmm he is just a total professional Obviously melbourne got some memberships today because they tweeted out Huge thanks to everyone who has joined or renewed today. Membership website will be live on Monday, until then you can call 1300 336 667. I dont renew until r1 but even I think i will renew earlier. Hopefully the afl person who is in charge of the fixture puts us at the G round 1 as a home game.

Well if he cant get the players to start performing well then we know that we just dont have the talent. I hope they explain how we are paying him because im getting sick of people saying the afl are bankrolling his pay. Im sure we still have some money in the tin

Yep, thanks to the afl for delivering him to us. He came in didnt care about the history of the club just wanted to fix things and so far he has. Thats an advantage of getting an outsider in. If only he would hang around permanently.

They were saying he wanted 5 last week. I hope this means he will see after 2 years and then just go. Geez I hope he is around for 5 at least. Seriously, he actually said he would basically stop calling us the bears and bagging us, even though he wasnt far off the mark. Maybe because all the main people have left the club. Maybe I will go back to listening to kb's show

I would have thought you just pick the best three. But in todays world everyone has to win a prize so I guess at the club each player has to receive a vote so they dont feel left out.

Jones says tonight closes a chapter and in 2014 that chapter will be opened in the brightest possible way. Does Roos open that in the brightest possible way? I hope so Jones: "I want to see my team mates have success in a winning side and to be proud and respected in the footy community". So do we Nathan so do we Congrats to Jonsey. He just went full throttle this year and threw himself in everything. He deserved it.

I had no problem with it. Im sure he was interested in proceedings. not sure how Terlich can finish ahead of Frawley, seems Chip is under appreciated by his own club Frawley missed those weeks with his hammy so that may have cost him. But congrats to Jones. He has just thrown his body into everything this year.
