Proverbial Achilles -
Who wouldn't have a sore back with 50 years worth of hopes and dreams on their shoulders

I think we should target people that can perform in that role at state level. It seems to have worked with Hibberd and Suckling
-
That's like saying Jack Fitzpatrick is an upgrade on Lance Franklin because he is a bit faster......
-
I would play Vince in the backline to give us at least one elite kick when we rebound. He can also take kick ins. He hasn't been setting the world on fire in the midfield but he has looked good when he runs back and helps out the backline.

Absolutely loving JKH putting his body on the line at every chance. Every time he disposes of the ball, he lays at least one shepherd. Not bad for a 68kg kid.

Jack Viney = Gary Ablett

Clisby must come in. One of our biggest problems has been bringing the ball safely out of defence and he does it well. Kent will not be dropped, as many people have suggested. He has pace, pressures opposition backs, knows where the goals are and is an absolute mongrel. Why drop him after one game??
-
No, i said he HAS said it. He said it a couple of times in the week after the draft and that he umpired a couple of his games I think.
-
He has also said Jayden Hunt could be better than both
-
Would rather: Josh Thomas Tom Sheridan Hayden Crozier Jordan Schroder George Horlin-Smith Dylan Shiel Devon Smith Matt Buntine Jono O'Rourke Will Hoskin-Elliot Jed Anderson Shaun Atley Harry Cunningham

Agreed. Our inside 50s are either inside 10s which are easily rushed behind or barely inside 45s which are instantly rebounded and often cause a 2 goal turn around.

Groups on Roosy's whiteboard are: Jetta, Hunt, Harmes, Clisby, Blease - Most likely the definite no group Tapscott, Toumpas, Barry, Nicholson, Michie, Gawn - The maybes McKenzie, Byrnes, Kennedy-Harris, Viney, Matt Jones, Kent - The most likelys Spencer, N. Jones, Tyson - Starting on-ballers -
Pederson tried his guts out down back, unlike Frawley. We need him for Patton, Cameron and Giles.

Chris Dawes to play a game the following week according to Misson. Training with the main group tomorrow. -
Mate, you abused me last year when I raised Dunstan's name; now look at him. Don't be so dismissive of people's views. You don't have any more standing than the next guy.
-
We are still missing a couple of Isaac Smith/Stephen Hill types. Blease doesn't have a big enough tank, Bail hasn't got the necessary skill, Toumpas and Trengove too slow.

Max Gawn's latest Instagram post. Wouldn't be surprised if it's worse than soreness -
No. You obviously didn't watch the game

Grimes has also laid 0 tackles against Richmond and Geelong in the NAB Challenge and 0 tackles against the Saints.
