In other words, we show sponsorship to them.

There is no doubt that this guy has ability, however, he isn't a great trainer and will have to improve his stamina dramatically to become an elite player and he may even drop out of the top 24 .

If you offer me something really worthwhile for Pedersen I'd consider it,however I rate Pedersen very highly.Maybe a Swan would suit.
