I don't really see the outrage that many do on demonland about Morton.If we trade him so be it, if that doesn't pan out, he's still contracted and he can play out his contract in the 2's trying to improve his game. And if he does start playing well chuck him in the side, if not, delist. Pretty elementary if you ask me.

everybody calm, it's an unsubstantiated rumor, people who are like "i can't believe they're thinking of trading..." "i can't fathom why they would trade..." "I'll tear my membership if they trade..." This is a great time for the club, one where players are going and players are going to come in, new and old. Don't mean to be a wet blanket, and i admire your blind... support for our club. They beat us regularly, have had a flag in the last 40 years, finished above us on the ladder. Hope you criticize us internally with the same venom, otherwise some may say it would be a little hypocritical.

If we have to take viney at 3, just take him at 3. Take Wines at 4 as well, good friends from school and both tough on ballers. With the way i see it if we pick them both, it should make the transition easier... having said that, if viney does slip, it's a win anyway

There is no way we are going to be able to take Viney with our second rounder, mostly because the other teams just can't afford it, they are already stocked with good players so it would be worth the risk to nominate for them I think. If they don't nominate for him, it essentially moves everyone's pick up one. Having said that I hope we do. I just can't see it. Pessimistic, but... Although on the flip side, if they don't it effectively gives us another top 5 pick. frustrating
