Goodwin said the Hawks outworked us and were hungrier. That is damning because it is all down to mindset, we have shown we CAN do it especially against the best so why did the team think they could just turn up for an easy game? You have possession with 2 minutes left and a goal up and bomb it long to a pack? Are we the only side who doesn't know how to maintain possession to run time off the clock? Scores are level with 40 seconds left and Max doesn't just bang it forward out of the middle? The aim was to rush it forward to try and get a point but no. Terrible performance after going 4 goals up early in the second, this team needs to learn to put the boot to the throat of opposition teams to snuff out the contest before they get their tails up and think they're in with a chance.
